Four large double rooms, each with a double bed. One of those rooms is ensuite and with a beautiful view of the river. You will have access to the entire house I will be available to welcome you on the day, and will be a phone call's away after then :) There's so much to do in Oxford, so recommending specific locations is really difficult! However, there are some amazing local delights I would recommend. "The Handlebar" is an amazing coffee shop and brunch date, providing delicious (and unique) coffee. Bangkok House Thai is perfect for a relaxing family dinner. If you feel like cooking your own dinner, Sainsbury's and Tesco are both a five minute and ten minute walk respectively. If you're feeling like a game of football, there are many parks around, including "University Parks", which has been notorious in hosting quid ditch games for Harry Potter fans! Or perhaps you may decide to take a stroll across Christ Church Meadows, which offers picturesque views, and is ideal for picnics, walking, or just relaxing With the house being in central Oxford, everything is a 10 minute walk away! Many students decide to also cycle, and there are many buses. Although you can travel by car to areas within Oxford, limited parking, and expensive parking tickets do not make it ideal. Of course, since the house has parking, you are more than welcome to travel to Oxford with you car, and leave it parked in front of the property.

The Panorama Farmhouse is the newest addition to the already existing four cottages at the same location on the Panorama Walk, Llangollen. It is a beautifully restored ancient farmhouse with many original features and exposed timber whilst having all the latest amenities. There is an log burning stove in the lounge of the farmhouse. The property has it's own dedicated 8 seat hot tub. Large garden with 8 seat hot tub with spectacular views. Easy access to the popular tourist and outdoor activities in the area. The kitchen is well equipped and has all modern appliances there is a built under fridge freezer and also an additional counter top fridge and deep freeze in the utility room. There is a spacious lounge with two 3 seat sofas and a 2 seat sofa. There are two twin bedrooms and two double bedrooms. Access to one twin room is through a double bedroom. The main bathroom is downstairs and there is a upstairs toilet and wash hand basin. Well behaved dogs are allowed. There is a £15 per dog per stay charge payable on arrival. Please bring suitable throws etc to protect furniture and shedding of hairs in the cottage. Thanks The farmhouse is self contained and private. There is access to public transport in the town of Llangollen. There are local taxi firms available for transport to and from the cottages if required. Logs for the log burning stove is available on request. There is a £10 per stay charge for access to the wood store.
