Outdoor eating areas are based around the pool, and other eating areas with garden views. Gardens surrounding the house hold many beautiful picnic spots, including two gazebos, one by the lake. Vineyard - all guests will have access to the vineyard to wander and explore. There is an island with bridge for picnics. Parking is available on the property. Please drive to the front of the House, unload your vehicle, and then park in the main car park. Parking is large and free. We will be on site and available for any enquiries, or issues. Bus services are also available to and from Moss Vale. Taxi and Uber can be arranged as well. A beautiful 2 story, 4 bedroom house nestled at the top of Palm Cove, at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac, backing onto the rainforest, with views of the Ocean and the MacAlister Ranges. It is not unusual to see Kookaburras, Kangaroos, Curlews and even the occasional Goanna at the rear of the property. Its ideal location in Palm Cove at the base of the mountain the house receives fresh cool evening breezes year round, ideal for watching the sunset and evenings with drinks, friends and family. We do not live in Palm Cove but are available by phone whenever need. Early Check-in and Late Check-outs are available upon request. We do try to avoid same day check outs and check ins to make this available for our guests as often as we can. With Vistas to the Ocean and the MacAlister Range, the property backs onto the rainforest providing amazing soft wildlife noises to wake up to in the morning with views of the sunrise over the ocean and Green Island in the distance. The property is also only minutes from the beachfront and local shopping centre. Palm Cove is famous in Far North Queensland as one of its best beach suburbs, with its palm tree lined beachfront, five star resorts, and some of the best restaurants in Far North Queensland, including the famous 'Nunus" with Celebrity Chef Nick Holloway who appears regularly on MasterChef. Palm Cove has a myriad of boutique shops and eating options and with the local Clifton Beach Shopping Village only a kilometer down the road, it has everything you could need to get away from the hustle and bustle and enjoy nature and re-connect with the family, whilst still having all the modern conveniences of the city.
