Upon entry to the Cottage you find yourself in the den/library with floor to ceiling bookshelves featuring numerous books relating to health, wildlife, gardening and more, for your enjoyment in on of the many areas of the cottage! You then flow through to the charming open plan, high ceiling living area with wood burner for those chilly winter evenings. Fold out single sofa bed for extra guests provided - extra charges apply). Beautiful rustic kitchen features tea & coffee making facilities and cooking condiments (olive oil, salt and pepper). The living space features a comfortable chaise lounge, fireplace, radio & TV. PETS Your pet is welcome at our property as well as it is well behaved, toilet trained and quiet - pets cannot be left unattended at the property unless you bring your crate and your pet is crate trained and comfy. Pets are not allowed on beds or the couch - extra cleaning charges will apply if it is found that your pet has been on these items. There are doggy bags provided so no excuses to leave your doggy doo lying around - please keep it clean! (Charges for clean up will be applied.) Any damages to the flooring including scratches to the wooden flooring will be sought for compensation upon quote which could range from $600-$2000 depending on damage - we ask that if bringing a pet, that their nails are not able to scratch the flooring so your liability for this is not high. If your dog is not friendly, you will be asked to leave immediately and will not receive a refund on your trip. If you choose to bring your own fold out beds/porta cots, please note that the feet of beds cannot scratch the flooring (must have felt or such to protect the wooden floors) or you will be liable for damages. Any damage to the property will be charged to you accordingly. The property is on tank water and septic system for sewerage - meaning you cannot put anything down the toilet apart from human waste & toilet paper. All food scraps must be wiped out of dishes with no food, fats or oils to go down the drains. Any cancellations due to Covid will require proof of a positive PCR test, RAT tests will not be accepted.
