The property briefly provides: ✪ LIVING ROOM ✪ Open plan kitchen/dining/lounge space, perfectly decorated and furnished with a feature dark ceiling. It provides a comfortable area for all guests to be able to socialise, cook or just watch TV. Some of the features of this space are: ■ Comfortable 5 seater sofa ■ 48" LED flat screen TV ■ 2 x Large fridge freezers ■ Fully fitted kitchen with integrated hob and oven ■ Kitchen table and chairs (4 chairs provided) ■ Wine and drinking classes ■ Plates, bowls and cutlery ■ Cooking apparatus and utensils ✪ BED ROOMS ✪ The property provides 6 spacious bedrooms providing everything guests may need to enjoy a comfortable say and a great nights sleep. It is the perfect location if you are looking to take in the sights of Liverpool within easy walking distance from your doorstep or coming to liverpool for a weekend out on the town where you can stay free from the stress and expense of needing to take taxis. . A few local amenities / places that may be of interest include: ■ Supermarkets - 'Tesco' is the closest supermarket located at the bottom of the road on 'Dale Street' ■ Fast food / takeaway - There are a number of local fast food places to choose from. In addition deliveroo will deliver to this area from all city centre restaurants so you have a wide range of choices ■ Tourist attractions - Liverpool's famous Dock front, including Albert Docks, Liverpool Museum, The Beatles Museum, The Cavern Club - all are within easy walking distance. ✪ Driving ✪ Relatively accessible by car, you will need to pay for parking in either a neary car park or on street. (Prices vary depending on time and location). Please note that after 6pm you can park fro free on single yellow lines, however please double check nearby signs to be sure. ✪ Buses ✪ This area is vary accessible by bus. The closest bus stop is located on Dale Street, just around the courner ✪ Trains ✪ The main central train station - Lime street Station - is located just a short walk away ✪ Walking ✪ You are right in the centre, so perfectly placed to walk around ✪ Taxi ✪ We would recommend using Uber however if you wish an alternative company that we would recommend is 'Delta Taxis'. They can be reached by calling +44 151 924 7373 ✪ CHECK IN ARRANGEMENTS ✪ ■ Standard check-in is allowed between the hours of 2:00 pm and 06:00 pm ■ Later check ins can be arranged between the hours of 06:00 pm & 10:00 pm but we need prior warning for this. There may be an additional fee to pay for this service - The reason for this is to cover cost of the staffing needed to ensure someone is on hand to answer any check in queries or assist with any issues in finding the property (this usually is a remote/telephone service). ■ Earlier check-ins as a general rule are unavailable because we need to allow for the property to be cleaned and dressed before guests arrive. We may be able to make special arrangements however this will be subject to approval and availability. N.B. If available, there may be an additional cost for this service. ■ Later check-ins after 10:00 pm are usually unavailable. This is due to the fact that after this time we are not available to help resolve any potential teething issues or issues finding the place. We only like to operate check ins during periods where full support can be made available.
