Arundel View is idyllically situated in the glorious countryside that surrounds the historic town of Arundel. Being just over an hour away from the bustle of London its ideally situated for magical short breaks as well as weekly unwinds. Because of its location the cottage is ideal for walkers, nature lovers, bird watchers, trail runners and mountain bikers. Its also ideal for guests just wanting to find a place to unwind and not move from this little haven. The cottage is a classic English thatched cottage in the picturesque hamlet of Wepham which is adjacent the equally pretty village of Burpham with its famous pub and just a few minutes away from Arundel and many other attractions. With the fabulous Arundel Castle in the background and the rolling hills of the South Downs countryside surrounding you it's a holiday retreat where you can relax and breath. It's also ideally situated for the famous Goodwood events, Goodwood Festival of Speed, Goodwood Revival and Goodwood Horse Racing Festival. The property has 3 bedrooms one with a master ensuite, the second a large super king or twin beds and lastly on the ground floor a king bed with a half bathroom. Designated as an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, the famous, open landscape of the South Downs is celebrated for its history. The South Downs is a long, thin ridge composed of the chalk which millions of years ago covered much of the South East. Arundel train station is a 5 minute drive away from the castle and there are taxi's on hand at the station.

The house itself is a corner plot within a cul-de-sac of a new housing estate, built to house local families who want to be close to the city but an escape. We have one pub, "Hickorys" which is an American Smokehouse. Leave your car at home and walk the 15-20 minutes to sample their delicious cocktails. In the summer, lounge around all day in the stylish garden. Alternativley get out into nature, or take a short trip to neighbouring town Kenilworth, the farm shop in Balsall Common, outlet shopping at Resorts World, visits Coventry's history or Shakespears home of Stratford Upon Avon is just 25 minutes away. It is nestled between some truly beautiful countryside. We'll recommend a variety of walks including visiting local woods. We're on the doorstep of the "Green Way". The Kenilworth to Berkswell Greenway is a linear Country Park in south Warwickshire countryside, following a 6.5 km section of former railway, with the park extending to around 16 hectares. The Greenway, as well as being a linear Country Park, is a permissive bridleway which means that it can be used by pedestrians, cyclists and horse-riders. It is also regularly used by athletes, educationalists, scientists, geologists, archaeologists and for geocaching. The Greenway follows the old railway branch line from Berkswell to Kenilworth Junction, first opened in 1884. Left to itself, the old railway became a wildlife corridor. Hawthorn, birch and other plants quickly took hold and softened the edges, animals and birds found cover for dens and nests. Warwickshire County Council took ownership in the 1970′s but apart from work to clear a wider path, it was left to the walkers and the wildlife. A car is recommended although there are buses and Uber is easy to come by. I’m work from home but I’m so busy you will not hear me or see me, in the house I have cats but they are so well educated and will not have access to your private zone. Everyday cleaning service in the house including your room and bathroom, laundry if you need to wash your clothes I will take care of it , dinner served at 8.30 everyday. Lodges 1,2&3, Lytton Tree Lodge- Reydon, Southwold
Take a break and unwind at Lytton Tree Lodge. This rental is for three combined self catering units. Each unit has its own kitchenette and bathroom. Includes private parking and only a short distance to Southwold. The lodges are located next to each other although there are three self contained units and the only way to get from one lodge to another is to go outside. The three lodges all have their own kitchenette which includes sink, fridge, microwave and hobs. There is no oven in the lodge. The lodge has a large car park and is located on a large plot. Guests are welcome to use the grass area in front of the lodge. Guests have access to the three lodges as well as the area around the lodge which includes a garden area and outdoor seating. Guests are welcome to contact me if there are any questions. I live in the house on site and I am available if required but will leave guests to enjoy their stay in peace. We are located just a 15 minute walk from Southwold. Just 1.2 miles away from Southwold market place and if you would prefer a gentle walk over the marshes, we are not far from Walberswick. A bus stop is located across the road from the lodges. From here you will be able to get buses to Southwold, Lowestoft, Beccles and Halesworth. During Latitude Festival, there is a shuttle bus which picks up and drops off from this stop.
French Fields - 4 Bedroom House - St. Florence
This beautifully presented detached holiday home sits in a quiet cul-de-sac in the picturesque village of St. Florence, just 3 miles from the seaside town of Tenby. A superbly decorated, modern property with large kitchen, dining area and two living rooms, garden and parking. This property boasts four bedrooms sleeping eight guests. Two of the bedrooms have en suite bathrooms. The first bedroom has a king bed and en-suite, the second bedroom is a king bedroom with en-suite. The third bedroom has a double bed and the fourth has a bunk bed. The third and fourth bedrooms share a family bathroom with a bath tub and separate shower. The kitchen/diner provides you with all you need to cater for you and your guests. There are two lounges within French Fields giving you that extra space that you may need. There is a large secluded garden at the rear of the property boasting a full size hot tub to take in the gorgeous field views. There is ample parking for four cars on the driveway. Please note: This property allows one well behaved dog but not to be left alone or on any of the furniture.
