Il Trullo Monticello prende il nome dal monticello da cui si affaccia in posizione predominante sulla valle d' Itria offrendo una vista mozzafiato di Martina Franca, Locorotondo, Cisternino ed Ostuni. E' un ambiente molto intimo ed accogliente, ad uso esclusivo di famiglie o coppie di amici, composto da due camere da letto, bagno, cucina e soggiorno. Le camere, una di cui in trullo con soffitto a cono, hanno un letto matrimoniale ciascuno per un totale di 4 posti letto e la possibilità di aggiungere una culla vicino ad ogni letto. La cucina è completamente attrezzata con forno, piano cottura, frigorifero, tostapane, bollitore, macchinetta del caffè, pentole, piatti, stoviglie varie e spezie. In salone si può godere del caminetto in stile rustico per avere calore ed intimità anche nei periodi freddi. Alloggerete nel primo piano della nostra casa di campagna. La casa è posizionata in un quartiere molto tranquillo ed accogliente dell'entroterra marchigiano. Con molteplici posti letto e un arredamento funzionale questo splendido appartamento è perfetto per viaggiatori di tutto il mondo. Alzatevi tutte le mattine e fate colazione con la meravigliosa vista delle nostre colline. Cercate il mare? Bastano 10 minuti di auto per raggiungere le migliori spiagge di Porto San Giorgio e dintorni. [Saremo lieti di lasciare a disposizione una confezione di mascherine usa e getta in caso di necessità.] La casa (70mq) è molto illuminata ed arieggiata. Le due camere da letto si trovano alla destra ed alla sinistra dell'ingresso. Sono entrambe molto grandi e fornite di un letto matrimoniale e due singoli. Due finestre per stanza vi daranno tutta la luce di cui avete bisogno. La cucina. In essa sono presenti tavolo, frigo, macchina del caffè e TV , infine c'è un angolo cottura, utile per preparare i vostri pasti nel caso per una sera non vogliate mangiare le tipicità marchigiane nei ristoranti ed agriturismi locali. Il soggiorno è la stanza più comoda della nostra casa, dove è presente un morbido divano,un tavolo ed infine il nostro mobile capiente, che nell’insieme creano una tranquilla atmosfera,all'occorrenza allestiremo un letto in caso di necessità. Il bagno, in fondo al corridoio, è piccolo ma accogliente e dotato di tutto il necessario (wc, bidet, lavandino e doccia). Il punto forte è il nostro terrazzone, ideale per consumare una colazione, un pranzo o una cena godendo del bellissimo panorama delle nostre colline. Siete appassionati di CICLISMO? La casa fa al caso vostro in quanto è situata in una zona non trafficata con splendidi borghi e paesaggi da visitare Avete animali domestici come CANI e GATTI?
