Inviamo manuali per il soggiorno in puglia ma soprattutto nella villa. Situata a soli 3 km da san vito dei normanni (brindisi) dove vengono organizzate concerti e sagre, a pochi chilometri da Ostuni, dall'aereoporto di brindisi. Il casolare è collegato benissimo con aeroporto, con le stazioni, con la citta Proprietà con limiti di accesso ad estranei non autorizzati, tutta la struttura compreso la piscina viene data in uso esclusivo, sistema di allarme con collegamento di pronto intervento vigilanza privata, no telecamere, esterno illuminato. La mattina presto MIO PADRE ACCEDE AL TERRENO ESTERNO CHE CIRCONDA LA VILLA PER controllare il tutto, irrigare le piante e l' orto,, ripristinare eventuali anomalie che si sono verificate, e soprattutto è un vostro grande riferimento sul posto. Appena arrivate nella villa agganciatevi al router e da quel momento per qualsiasi problema mandate messaggi o foto sul mio numero, io ci sono sempre e soprattutto risolvo i problemi insieme a voi. Siamo nella natura, cercate il relax, quindi se la tecnologia non funziona al massimo godetevi qualche ora di tranquillità!!! Quando ci allontanate dalla villa dovete inserire allarme questo vi garantisce vacanze serene. Al vostro arrivo trovate lenzuola, asciugamani e il kit arrivo (bagno schiuma e shampo per rinfrescarsi, caffe per tutti i giorni, 1 rotolo carta igienica, un pò di detersivo piatti e lavatrice) non basterà per la vacanza, quindi appena pronti andate al supermercato vicino. Marina Centro è il cuore della parte marittima di Rimini ed è direttamente adiacente al Centro Storico cui è collegata da un parco urbano che permette di non attraversare strade. Nelle immediate vicinanze tutte le zone caratteristiche, dal Grand Hotel di piazzale Fellini con la fontana dei 4 Cavalli, il Nettuno di piazzale Kennedy, L'Embassy di viale Vespucci per terminare con la zona dei locali di Rimini Porto sino alla caratteristica ruota panoramica. Supermercati in zona: a circa 100 metri c'è un AeO ottimamente fornito, mentre a circa 400 metri c'è un grande Conad con orari di apertura molto estesi e con anche street food già pronto. Il villino ove è ubicato l'appartamento è ottimamente collegato con tutti i mezzi pubblici. La stazione centrale di Rimini dista 900 metri a piedi, la fermata dell'autobus della linea 11 Rimini-Riccione è a soli 100 metri (bus stop 12 Kennedy), qui ci sono anche le navette per la fiera ed il palacongressi. A breve entrerà in funzione anche la metropolitana di costa la cui fermata Kennedy sarà a circa 200 metri. L'automobile si può parcheggiare nelle vie adiacenti (spazi bianchi e blu); esistono inoltre due parcheggi a pagamento, uno sotterraneo e custodito a circa 100 metri dal villino (costo indicativo 12€ giorno) ed uno all'aperto a circa 500 metri (costo indicativo 5€ giorno); se di vostro interesse ve li posso prenotare direttamente io. Il mio consiglio comunque una volta arrivati è di muoversi in bicicletta (che vi posso fornire gratuitamente) perchè è il modo più salutare e bello per godersi le spiaggie e la città. Nella zona giorno una moderna cucina a vista con fornelli a induzione, forno, frigorifero, e tutto il necessario: stoviglie, posate, bicchieri, pentole, macchina del caffè, tazze e tazzine, calici da vino, e condimenti basici necessari per cucinare. Sono inoltre presenti saponi e prodotti per le pulizie, come detersivi e altro. Nella zona giorno si trova anche un tavolo con sedie per la prima colazione e i pasti. La vista dal terrazzo sul lago e la possibilità di pranzare all'esterno dell'appartamento ripaga la salita. In centro a Bellano, è facilmente raggiungibile con il treno o con i pullman di linea. Non lontano dalla spiaggia e dalla stazione ferroviaria. Nei pressi del lungo lago ma in una viuzza tranquilla nell'isola pedonale e isolata dai rumori. Gli ospiti avranno accesso all'intero appartamento. L'arredamento è curato, il soffitto con travi in legno originali, il bagno è di recente ristrutturazione e la cucina ben accessoriata. L'esterno è attrezzato con tavoli e sdraio e soprattutto con un antico forno a legna e un barbecue, giardino rurale privato e circa 15.000mq d'oliveto. un parcheggio piccolo a fianco della casa è per scarico bagagli o altro, a circa 15 metri ampio parcheggio privato.
