To reach the house you have to drive to Ghotawade Phata (Pirangut) from Pune via chandni chowk/ hinjewadi. From Ghotawade Phata it is 5-7 mins drive on temghar-lavasa road. It is located close to Mont Vert Vesta, a big housing society. 1. The house is surrounded by trees and hence post sunset a lot of moths and insects may enter the house if doors are kept open. You must keep windows and doors closed to avoid insects entering inside. 2. The neighbourhood fruits and vegetable farm is NOT our premises and inaccessible by our guests. Please do not try to enter as there are guard dogs in their premises. 3. Kitchen usage by guests is NOT allowed except for making baby food or tea/coffee. 4. No lifeguard on duty. Children must be attended by elders during all times around the pool and nearby areas. 5. As the house is located in city outskirts it is bound to have frequent electrical fluctuations, especially in monsoons. There is an inverter backup which will power only lights and fans. 6. BEDROOMS The ground floor has a guest bedroom with attached bathroom and direct access to the garden. A flight of stairs takes you to the master bedroom and another guest bedroom, both with attached bathrooms. The master bedroom has a large private balcony and is extremely spacious. LIVING AREA The villa opens into a spacious living-dining area with Wifi & Tata sky for those who need to remain connected. Access to the garden and private pool is through the living area. Make the most of this private outdoor space to relax in the lounge chairs or have a drink by the pool. At the end of the day head to the roof terrace to read a book with a view over the natural surroundings. We can’t wait to have you experience a stay in our home! HOUSEKEEPING & SERVICES The villa is part of a gated community with 24/7 security. Housekeeping includes cleaning of the villa once a day between 10 am - 5 pm. Towel and linen are provided as part of your stay. Please note that, in our efforts to preserve water, we change towels and linen only upon request with a maximum of after every 3 nights. The villa is equipped with GENSET in case of power outage (frequent in Goa). VILLA & POOL SIZE Super built-up area: 3120 sq. ft. Carpet size: 1933.22 sq. ft. Pool size: 18 ft. X 10 ft. NOTE: For stays of 28 nights or more, in order to avail the monthly discount, the water, electricity, laundry of linen & towels and GENSET bills are charged as per the actual bills, additionally to the room rate. We collect Rs. 30,000/- security deposit in cash at the time of check-in against these. Our Guest Relationship Manager will welcome you and show you around the villa. In case you are arriving late night or early morning, the security guard will handover the keys to you. We will provide you with everything you need to have an incredible stay in Goa but we will also respect your privacy. You will have at your disposal 1) A guest relationship manager who can help you organise your travel from the airport and give you all relevant contacts for cabs, car rentals, activities, restaurants, etc. Do let us know if you are celebrating a special occasion during your stay dates and our team will endeavor it even more special 2) An property assistant for all building related issues 3) 24/7 security guard at the gate 4) Housekeeping staff - they will clean the villa once a day between 10 am and 5 pm Located in the heart of Vagator and in close proximity to Anjuna-Vagator beaches on one side and Ashvem/ Morjim beaches on the other. Famous eateries like Luna's, The Burger Factory, Thalassa, Sakana, Olives, Sublime, and for dessert lovers, Creme Choc, all within the radius of 5 km. 10 min drive lead you to Assagao where you can experience Gunpowder, Gshot, Mojigao, Mustard and Tamil Table. The closest supermarket to get groceries is Oxford Supermarket, 6 min drive away from the villa. Our guest relations manager will help you organize transport from the airport and give you the right contacts for cab/self-drive Thar/car/Royal Enfield bike rentals. GROCERIES – if you want groceries to be done prior to your arrival, please let us know the list in advance and we will get it organized for you. During your stay, we will provide you with the number of a delivery service. The closest supermarket to get groceries is Oxford Supermarket, 6 min drive away from the villa. MEALS – We can provide you the phone number of a cook on call (she charges on cost for the ingredient and adds a preparation fee, she is very reasonable). Else, Zomato and Swiggy deliver to the building. LATE CHECK-OUT & EARLY CHECK-IN is chargeable and will depend on availability of the villa at that time.
