This villa is surrounded by farms. The view from the house is amazing. Currently the entire place can be booked by a family or a group of families only (currently unmarried couples are not allowed). The aadhar card surnames should be same or marriage certificate soft copy will be required. It has a large hall, Kitchen with a dinning area, 2 large bedrooms with king beds. The 1 st bedroom is on the ground floor, next to it is a separate bathroom with solar geyser( 24/7 hot water) and 1 indian toilet. It has a Split Ac. On the 1 st floor there is one master bedroom ( western toilet, nice shower and a solar geyser). This bedroom has a Split AC and a fan. There is a nice balcony attached to this bedroom which gives an amazing view of the lush green farms and the blue sky. Besides this master bedroom there is a sit out area with a separate entrance on the first floor. On this sit out area there is a nice seesaw for kids to play and enjoy ( photo of the seesaw can be seen in the photo section of this villa). The sit out area is also a place to enjoy the farm view and the farm fresh breeze. On the ground floor there is a Swimming pool which is open 24x 7 and can be used by adults as well as kids. It is 15 feet in length and 8 feet wide and 5 feet deep. The water level of the swimming pool can be adjusted by requesting the caretaker as per your requirement. The caretaker stays in an other property which is just close to this property. There is inverter power backup on which LED lights and fans will work in case there is a power failure which is rare . The villa is well equipped with a good modular kitchen with induction as well as gas stove. The untencils are good enough for 8 members. We also provide Food, there are two very good hotels,0.5 km from the property,if you wish you order from nearby hotels, they deliver it. For traveling to places like Shirdi, Shani Shingnapur, Trambakeshwar ( Nashik), Pune, Mumbai etc. the caretaker can help you to book a car if required by you. Car can be booked for the entire period of stay full time or depending on your need. The guests have access to all the areas of this property as well as near by farms. Give a phone call whenever you need any help. The caretaker stays next to this property in an other property. He is available 24x7 whenever you need his help. This villa is located near to rose farms, pomegranate farms, gape farms and vegetable farms. Guests can visit these farms and take memorable selfies and family photos. Children really love to run and walk in the farms. They will get the opportunity to come closer to the mother nature. They will get to see and touch different flowers, trees, vegetables and fruits.
