Close to a local Co-Op convenience store and a nice pub with self check-in, superfast WiFi, enhanced cleaning standards and flexible cancellation policy. Guests can access the whole of the property and garden. Guests have 24/7 lockbox access to the property. We’re available on the app for any help or questions you may have. Situated in a small close with friendly neighbours and plenty of places to explore nearby. There’s a local Co-Op convenience store round the corner in Heanor Road and Shipley Country Park is great for walking, cycling, horse riding and jogging. Our favourite pub is The Newdigate Arms in West Hallam which serves nice food, has great reviews and a lovely beer garden. Its about 10 minutes to the M1 at junction 25 and 20 minutes into Derby or Nottingham. The two bus at the end of the road will take you into Nottingham and the 21 goes into Derby or Mansfield. There is a handy Co-Op convenience store 5 minutes walk away. Tesco, Sainsbury’s, Aldi and Morrisons supermarkets are all in the town centre or you've got the IKEA Retail Park nearby with IKEA, M&S and Next. There are two free parking spaces at the front of the house and plenty of free on-street parking nearby.

A spacious, beautifully refurbished, three bedroom house just ten minutes walk from the University of Nottingham and the QMC (Queen's Medical Centre). The ground floor features a bright and spacious reception & dining area as well as a new fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar and integrated appliances (dishwasher, washing machine, fridge freezer, hob and oven.) On the first floor there are three double bedrooms all equipped with king size bed and plenty of wardrobe and drawer space. Relax and enjoy your stay in the newly renovated Jasmine Villa. Enjoy morning coffee and toast sitting at the breakfast bar in the newly fitted kitchen. Relax on the luxurious sofas in the lounge while watching the UHD TV and making use of the high speed WiFi. Dine in style at the six seater, ashwood dining table. As well as the three bedrooms, the first floor also features two shower rooms for maximum convenience. Bedroom one has the option to split the king size bed into two singles upon request. I'm happy to leave you to enjoy the house but am always on hand if needed. I'm contactable via the Agoda app, email or phone if you need to get in touch for any reason. The house is ideally located just ten minutes walk from the University of Nottingham and the QMC (Queen's Medical Centre). Other locations nearby include Highfields Park, Lakeside Arts Centre, Nottingham College and Nottingham Tennis Centre. It is also ideally located for visiting businesses at Nottingham Science Park or Boots Head Office. Located just 3 minutes walk from the nearest tram stop (University of Nottingham) the city centre is easily and quickly accessible. Trams run every 7-8 minutes and the journey to Nottingham Train Station takes about 11 minutes.

The Sexton’s Lodge is in the portico of the Grade II* listed Gatehouse to Sheffield General Cemetery. The accommodation has been furnished with original pieces, lighting and antiques from 19th century and we hope it offers a comfortable base for your stay in Sheffield. It is within a short distance of the city centre, close to Ecclesall Road with a good choice of restaurants and bars and within 5 minutes walk of Sharrow Vale with its range of quirky independent shops, cafes, restaurants and pubs The Sexton’s Lodge comprises a living / dining room, small well equipped kitchen, shower room and a bedroom. We have taken care to source everything in the lodge from local shops, suppliers and tradespeople. Our volunteers have created a small and simple private gravel garden with an old bench, for you to enjoy. The garden is south facing, so enjoys a sunny aspect. The lodge has underfloor heating and a thermostatic wall control in the bedroom. The bedroom has with twin beds which can be made up as individual beds or as super king size bed – please specify which you would prefer when (URL HIDDEN) We have compiled a collection of books on local history, wildlife and nature, the growth and development of cemeteries and a complete collection of our own books, written by local authors, members and volunteers over the last 20 years. You will also find a series of board games to play. Local on street parking is available and is metered – at £4.50 per day. Our volunteers doing conservation work are based at the gatehouse, so when they are working, you may experience some noise and activity as they gather their equipment to start work. On street parking is available in bays which require paid tickets. We do have a limited number of guest parking permits. Please let us know once you have booked if you would require these and we will try our best to ensure some are available for the duration of your stay.

About the area: Ecclesall Road is a bustling stretch of restaurants, coffee houses, pubs, bars and shops with ease of access to some of the city’s loveliest green spaces. Situated just off Ecclesall Road, Sheffield’s Botanical Gardens are one of the city’s real treasures listed by English Heritage as a Grade II site of special historic and architectural interest. Here you’ll find an array of landscaped gardens home to over 5000 species of plants, complete with glass pavilions and fountains. A little further up Ecclesall road, you’ll also find Endcliffe Park, a large family park and woodland that runs along the Porter Brook. You can even walk out to the Peak District National Park from here following a fascinating route along the Porter Valley taking in waterway heritage sights such as Shepherd Wheel and Forge Dam, as well as beautiful landscape.
