Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space, surrounded by a National park and 190 Lychee trees and other fruit trees on the 32-acre property. The house is nestled in front of a national park and is featuring a lovely deep-water lagoon inhabited by Platypus ( no crocodiles! :-). A small wharf with a ladder makes sure to have a fun time swimming in it too. You can enjoy local wildlife including Pademelons, Bandicoots and Puff Breasted Kingfishers, Kookaburra. 20min to Port Douglas! The house is off the grid but solar supplies all the comfort. Starlink's (Elon Musk) fast and unlimited Wifi let's you connect to the world if you need it! No air-conditioning is needed as a fresh breeze comes through at any time. It is made to be comfortable without aircon. In fact, you will be happy to use the in-house fireplace during some nights of the colder months (June-August). We have a great Funky Monkey Bars Playground and XXL Vuly Trampoline to keep the kids entertained around the house. In the evening, enjoy a wine sitting next to the fire bowl in front of the house, or have a BBQ on the veranda. There are three sections to the house, and breathways between them make sure that you don't have to hear all other people at all times. You can access all parts on the property except the shed/storage area. It will be marked. Please call or text if you require anything. The last 1km to the house is unsealed but accessible all year without a problem with any car, you won't have an access problem even if you drive a small car! It is a very firm and even unsealed road. If you are bringing a dog, please ensure they are not sleeping not chasing any wildlife, in particular, they are not allowed in the national park.
