These two charming holiday houses, one behind the other, are available for bookings up to 10 people. Located in a cul-de-sac and only minutes away from the water, they have easy access to the beautiful beaches of the Central Coast. Wake up to the sound of birds singing, enjoy a walk along the harbour and just switch off. Or lounge on the sofa and binge on DVDs or Netfix. You will have access to both houses and backyards for yourself. I do not live at the property but will be available for assistance and tips online / over the phone at any time during your stay. The property is located in Point Clare right near Gosford Harbour (Brisbane Water on the map) so 2 min walk from the water. The closest beaches are Umina and Ettalong which are about 15 min drive away. Aldi, bottle shop, Thai food, cafe is 2 min drive, Coles and shopping centre is less than 5 min drive. Restaurants like The Coast, The Boathouse, Gosford RSL and the Sailing Club are 5-10 min drive away. Point Clare train station is 900m away from the house. Free on street parking is available. It is a dead end street with little road traffic, so you will have parking spots available at all times. Earlier check in or late check out can possibly be organized in advance, depending on previous / oncoming bookings and their arrival / departure times and might involve an additional $40 fee, as we need to get a second cleaner in to ensure that the property is ready for you in a shorter than normal time window. I will do my best to accommodate your request if the circumstances allow. Please let me know in advance if you are happy to pay the $40 fee so I can arrange it with the cleaners. Thank you.
