The baht bus runs at the front of the project entrance, which will take you into Pattaya City for only 10thb. Motorbike taxis are readily available , and you can use Bolt/Grab for affordable taxis. 6,000 THB security deposit in cash (any currency accepted) will be collected upon arrival by housekeeping and refunded on departure, subject to any damage/additional charges. For bookings up to 28 days electric is subject to fair usage which is 45 units a day. You shouldn’t go over this if you turn the air con off and lights off while you're not in the villa. For tenancies of 28 days or more the tenant will be fully responsible for the full electric and water charges accrued during the stay which will be charged at the standard government rate. Good sized European style kitchen which appliances consist of washing machine, electric hob, extractor fan, microwave, counter top oven, large fridge freezer, rice cooker, kettle, hot and cold water. We also provide purpose built BBQ area. Living Rooms The spacious living area is warm and welcoming and consists of a fantastic large sofa, flat screen LED TV with 100+ international channels in six different languages (English, Russian, Thai, Chinese, Japanese and Korean).
