Info Sebelum Pemesanan MP Homestay Villa Palmier C2, Khususnya untuk Reservasi Offline : - DP minimal 50% (pembatalan sepihak mengikuti SOP manajemen). - Pembayaran DP minimal 1 sampai 2 jam sebelum check in. - Check in mulai jam 14.00 sampai 17.00 WIB. Di atas jam tersebut, dikenakan charge Rp. 35.000 per jam dan berlaku sampai batas maksimal jam 21.00 WIB. Batas menunggu maksimal 1 jam dari janjian. Tidak menerima check in diatas jam 21.00 kecuali tamu langganan. Harap koordinasi dengan admin. - Checkout maksimal pukul 12.00 WIB. Diwajibkan konfirmasi jam check out min. 2 jam sebelumnya. Tidak menerima check out sebelum jam 05.00 WIB dikarenakan banyak tindak kejahatan & kesembronoan yang dilakukan oleh oknum tamu. Late check out sampai jam 18.00 WIB dikenakan biaya charge sebesar 50%. Lebih dari jam tersebut, dikenakan charge 100%. - Setiap perwakilan tamu diharuskan menitipkan KTP/SIM/Identitas legal yang masih berlaku ke staff. - Deposito sebesar Rp. 100.000;- sebagai jaminan barang rusak, hilang dan ada tambahan tamu dadakan yang melebihi kapasitas. Saat tidak ada problem dari tamu, deposito dikembalikan full 100%. - Kami menyediakan free teh, gula, kopi dan air galon mineral, saat belum tersedia bisa koordinasi dengan admin. - Kami juga menyediakan snack (mie instan, dan lain – lain) serta soft drink berbayar. - Tamu dilarang keras untuk membawa minuman keras, narkoba, dan hal - hal yang membuat ketidaknyamanan dan kerusakan sekitar. - Diwajibkan bagi kita semua untuk menjaga ketertiban, kerapian, kenyamanan dan keselamatan bersama. - Semua pelanggan yang pernah reservasi di Makmur Property Homestay / Villa akan mendapatkan diskon khusus dan diharap konfirmasi terlebih dahulu ke admin.
