When you enter the villa by car an electric gate will open on the entrance to park one car, and on the underground you have another garage to park another car, so you have parking space for max 2 cars, but you can also leave the cars on the street for free. You’ll love the villa because of the ambiance, the location, and the views. The villa has 5 Bedrooms, 4 bathrooms and one toilet, 3 double bedrooms with a bathroom ensuite, one on the basement with 2 single bed, and another bigger room on the basement too with 3 single beds, a double sofa bed + a folding single bed, for a total of 6 people, this two bedrooms on the basement share a bathroom with shower. Also on the basement, you will find the laundry area, with a washing/dryer machine, iron and board, etc.. We can provide a high chairs + a travel cot with mattress and bed linen for a baby without any cost.
