There are 3 terraces, one at the front, one at the back and one on the first floor of the house depending on whether you are looking for sun or coolness. The living room and kitchen have been refurbished with quality equipment. The house consists of 4 bedrooms, each with a double bed: 1 on the ground floor with en-suite shower room, 1 in the basement with en-suite shower room and 2 bedrooms on the ground floor where there is also a bathroom. There is a garage in the basement with direct access to the house. You will have access to the entire villa with a garage and the shared swimming pool. Once on site, you have access to restaurants, shopping centres, supermarkets and the beach on foot. The ACDC concierge service will take care of you on site. You can contact them if you need to during your stay. Located in the heart of Costa Adeje, you have nearby beaches, such as the famous "Playa de Duque" and "Playa de Fañabe", shopping centres, restaurants, entertainment and local services giving you access to all amenities on foot. To park your car, I recommend to you: - The closest is the central square (50 meters), however you will have a time limite to leave you car (1 hour more or less) - Calle Cádiz (near of the square) - Calle Callejón. This street is narrow but you can often find parking places. - Parking CP-Plus (in the final of street callejón) Do not forget that Setenil is an old village with lots of small streets, for cars it is not ideal but good, that's its charm.

A su vez, Badalona es un lugar muy tranquilo que te brinda varios planes de ocio, un lugar inolvidable.. Mi pisito? En la mejor situación, céntrico y tranquilo a la vez... - El aeropuerto de Barcelona-El Prat, está a media hora en coche. Para llegar a la casa deberéis tomar la carretera B-10 y seguidamente la C-31. - Para llegar en tren desde el aeropuerto deberéis tomar la línea de autobús A2, hasta la parada “Plaza Universidad”, y después tomar la línea de metro L2 hasta la parada “Pompeu Fabra”. La durada de este trayecto es más larga y suele ser de alrededor de una hora y quince minutos. La parada de metro está a escasos metros de la vivienda.
