A big wooden chalet located just 10 minutes drive from the famous Chocolate Hills. Our place is a 3-bedroom wooden chalet located in barangay Guadalupe in the town of Carmen in Bohol. The cottage is our vacation house and we only get to use it for a month or so every year. I live and work in Dubai hence my parents who live next to the cottage will take care of your stay. Guest/Guests booking one room can access the entire cottage, but can only occupy one room. If you are a group of more than two, other guests will have to use another room and will be charged accordingly. The house where we live is just beside the cottage, thus, help is available throughout your stay. People in the neighborhood are very polite and hospitable. Ordinary days in the barrio consist of people going to the paddy field. - Scooter is available for rent - The cottage has no kitchen and no pantry but you can use our family’s kitchen which is only few meters away from the cottage.

Our fully furnished unit is located in the heart of Resort World Mla. It is near Ninoy Aquino International Airport Terminal3. It is very accessible to any modes of transportation. We have designed the unit to accomodate up to maximum of 3 adults and 1 child aged 12 years old and below. the space is a newly constructed condo that can accomodate upto maximum of 4 persons. it is fully furnished. guest have all day access to swimming pool, cable tv and wi-fi during the stay we will interact directly with the guest, however if guests will check in between office or work hours our staff shall directly interact with the guest. Guest can conviniently go to NAIA terminal 3, Resorts World Manila, Makati Business District. The place is open to all modes of transportation. there is also a free shuttle service going to Resorts World Manila The place is very near NAIA terminal 3 or T3. T3 is a major airport hub in the Philippines, it is the gateway to major tourist destinations in the country like Palawan, Boracay, Cebu, Bohol,etc. The place is just 3 blocks away from Resorts World Manila and the Marriot convention center. A supermarket is also located about 100 meters from the unit. You dont need to worry about your stomach since there is a lot of restaurants strategically located in the vicinity. for travelers arriving from terminal 3 their is a free shuttle service from the airport going to resorts world manila. from the drop-off you can walk going to the unit. Once you booked the place I will give you specific directions on how to reach our place.

Should you have another adult guest, please let us know in advance so that we can prepare the extra beddings. We charge P300/person for the extra guest. Our kitchen is equipped with basic utensils and cooking tools. We have a refrigerator, microwave oven, rice cooker, induction cook top, blender and electric kettle. Please turn on the range hood when cooking so that the smell will not spread throughout the unit. We also ask that you take out your trash as often as you can to prevent pest and insects from coming into the unit. Our bath comes with a shower and a heater. We provide clean towels, shampoo and soap. The entire unit is air-conditioned. We also have Wifi connection and cable TV. Please turn off the aircon, TV and lights when you go out. We do not have a washing machine in the unit. However, there is a laundry shop located at the Basement 2 of the condo building for your laundry and iron needs. They also accept self-service laundry. Smoking inside the unit is STRICTLY PROHIBITED. Anyone caught smoking shall be fined the amount of Php 10,000. We also have the right to terminate your stay for violation of the house rules. There is a designated smoking area in the building complex. Kindly ask the front desk. IMPORTANT: Electricity & water bill shall be settled separately for those who will be staying for more than 1 week. It will be computed based on the actual use or consumption. We charge for extra electricity & water consumption because we give discounts on the daily rate for those who book for more than 7 days. Also, this is to help remind our guests to be mindful of their use of electricity and water. We have had bad experiences with long staying guests who left the aircon/lights on even when they are not inside the unit. Since I am working full-time and also taking care of my family and kids, I could not at all times meet or interact with the guests. Check-in and check-out procedures are done at the front desk. The Padgett Place is strategically located in Molave Street, near Gorordo Avenue, Lahug, Cebu City. It is a 5-10min walk from Ayala Center Cebu and a 10-15min ride from I.T. Park. Known establishments within the vicinity are: UP Cebu College, Perpetual Succour Hospital and Nivel Hills. The place can be accessed by taxis, Grab car or rented private cars. One can also take a jeepney along Gorordo Avenue but will have to walk a few meters to get to the place. Only registered guests are allowed inside the unit for safety & security purposes and also for the privacy of other residents and guests.
