Craster is a charming fishing village where time seems to have stood still Neighbours are friendly and willing to give advice and lend a hand or if you just want to know whats going on in the village or nearby villages. The area is popular with walkers as their are beautiful walks in every direction. The local golf club is nearby if you fancy taking in around or two. Alternatively you can totally relax and enjoy the sea views, sit in the pretty harbour watching the local fisherman or take a boat out to sea, and theirs always a bit of rock pooling in the numerous rock pools directly on the doorstop. Please be aware that mobile signal is generally poor in the village and can be quite intermittent depending on your network and where your located in the village. We do not get any signal in the downstairs of the house but can get some signal upstairs and outside at the front of the house.
