We are happy to welcome you in our 2 bedroom house located in Puerto Princesa, Camella homes. There is a Swimming pool in the subdivision. We are only 5km from the airport and 2 km to the beach called : "Pristine" You are also near to the town center, restaurants, and SM... The house is about 40sqm and is fully furnished and fully equipped. You are looking for a nice place to stay, with good neighborhood, safe, clean, and affordable ? You found it! Our house is fully furnished : Refrigerator, Gas stove, Rice cooker, TV with cable, Fiber Internet (up to 50mbps), Plates, glasses... There is 2 bedroom, the first bedroom have 1 double bed, the second have 2 double bed (double deck), there is a sofa bed in the living room, and we furnish 2 rolled mattress, that you can put on the ground. Be aware that if you are a group, there is only one bathroom at the first floor. There is shower with hot water, air conditioned split type in each room and in the living room, there is also Electric Fan. There is a Swimming Pool and Basketball court in the subdivision. The swimming pool have an entrance fee (90 pesos/adult - 60 pesos/kid). The pool is not private, it is accessible by the residents of the subdivision. The pool is open until 10pm, and might be close without prior notice for maintenance. Other things to note The rate is all inclusive : electricity, water, cable tv and complimentary internet, for short term lease (less than 28 days). There is NO HIDDEN CHARGES. For 28 days or more we give a big discount but you have to pay for the electric bill (the house have is own electric meter) Cable tv, Water and Internet are still free.
