As soon as you step inside this beautifully modernised Victorian house, you’ll see how much care and attention has gone into presenting a truly charming terraced villa. Full of modern touches, the property retains many original features, with high ceilings bringing space and light to all the rooms. Let’s take a look around: Living room Located at the front of the house, this room really sets the luxurious tone for the rest of the property. There are homely touches aplenty, including a fireplace, plus two gloriously comfortable sofas on which you can relax and maybe catch-up with friends and family or watch the flatscreen TV (on which you can access included Netflix, or login with your own account). Dining room Planning a meal to celebrate a special occasion during your stay? The separate dining room with its premium quality table and chairs gives you a great place to do just that. It’s also an ideal space to get laptops out and down to work. Maybe even host a work meeting here? Or use it for card or board games in the evenings? It’s up to you. What’s sure to be a popular feature is the Nespresso coffee machine, a tasty and convenient way to keep everyone refreshed. Through the French doors at one end of this room takes you to… The Garden South-facing and fully enclosed, this is a great space to escape to and relax, out in the fresh air. There’s an apple and damson tree from which you’re welcome to pick and eat the fruit if the trees are in season during your stay. The number 85 runs frequent services into Leicester city centre and the nearest stop is just a 3 minute walk from the house. Appartamento composto da 1 camera da letto matrimoniale 1 camera con 2 letti, un bagno completo con doccia e cucina soggiorno con divano letto matrimoniale, la cucina e completa di tutti gli utensili. Due arie condizionate presenti in appartamento. Il parcheggio si trova all'interno del residence e viene assegnato all'arrivo in struttura. Nelle vicinanze dell'appartamento ci sono bar tabacchi panifico ortofrutta e market. Al momento del arrivo in struttura viene fornito un recapito di un'addetto che sarà a completa disposizione del cliente per ogni esigenza. Il residenze vanta un ottima posizione in quanto si trova all'interno della riserva marina di monte cofano a san vito lo capo, dove al suo interno troverete 7 calette tra sabia pietre e rocce, le quali si possono raggiungere col trenino locale che fa il giro di tutta la riserva e totalmente gratuito. Il parcheggio si trova all'interno del residence e viene assegnato all'arrivo in struttura. Nelle vicinanze dell'appartamento ci sono bar tabacchi panifico ortofrutta e market. Vacation Rental Villa located in amazing Cretan nature, built within an enchanted forest with a swimming pool and complete privacy. Fully renovated in 2022 yet keeping the traditional nature of the property with all the amenities of any modern accommodation. The living spaces are set on 3 floors, with 3 bedrooms on the top floor and another bedroom on the lower floor. The kitchen, dining area and living room are on the main floor. The Villa is built on a 4000 sq. m. plot of land and has a traditional feel. It has recently been fully renovated and furnished. There are 3 floors, the main entrance which houses the kitchen, the dining area and the living room with a large screen Smart TV, the space can easily accommodate 10 people. There is also a full bathroom on this floor. The main floor opens onto a terrace on one side and to the swimming pool area on the other side. The swimming pool is a good sized pool, 8x4 m and depth of 1.5m as per the local laws. The area around the pool is a large tiled space with a large BBG and brick wood oven. You are able to eat, swim, play and sunbath with appropriate umbrella protection available for your comfort. The bedrooms are located on the upper floor where you can find 2 double bedrooms and 1 bedroom with 2 single beds. On this floor you can find 2 full bathrooms with showers. There is a washing machine and ironing facilities for your comfort. On the lower floor there is one double bedroom and a large sofa bed which sleeps 2, a large bathroom with a shower, a new kitchenette with tea/coffee facilities and a small fridge. All bedrooms are airconditioned to cope with the summer heat. The location of the villa allows for easy access to the national highway if you wish to explore Heraklion or other cities and areas on Crete, and is only a 5 minute drive from some of the most spectacular beaches in the area where you can find water sports, local taverns and shops. The area has several taverns, water sports facilities, supermarkets and other necessary shops. You can park your cars inside the private property. Walking, cycling within the local area or driving on the national highway are easily accessible. As the villa is built in a forest you will be amazed with the different kinds of birds that have made the property a place to nest. If you are lucky you might even spot a wild rabbit or the local sheep walking to their grazing fields in the mornings and evenings.

Bath Road has many bars, restaurant's and boutiques and is just a short walk onto Cheltenham's charming town centre. Cheltenham Spa train station is approximately 2 miles away with direct trains to London in two hours. Francis House can also be the perfect place to stay for your visit to the world famous Cheltenham Races. The home features two double bedrooms and is decorated to a high standard throughout. The master bedroom also features a super king sized bed. There is complimentary parking at the side of the property and additional parking on the road. The accommodation features a key lock box or we can offer a meet and greet upon your arrival. Features: Bedroom One: Super king sized bed (this can also be split into two singles upon request). All bedding and linen provided. Generous sized wardrobes and chest of drawers. Bedroom Two : Two single beds (these can also be joined together to make a super king sized bed upon request). Built over 100 years ago in the heart of the Monchique mountains, Horta de Cima has remained in the family since the time of our great-grandparents. It has now been fully recovered by our father who is sparing no effort in making this little paradise in the mountains, a dream home. Keeping the original facade, full of details from the old wooden ceiling, to the new mezzanine, with a small pool / tank just outside the master bedroom, Horta de Cima an unparalleled place. With a porch facing southwest, the view is at least unforgettable. We see the mountains, the sea and all the contours of the Algarve from Sagres to Faro. In the village of Casais, away from city lights, time seems to slow down and allow you to enjoy every minute. THE SPACE The house has a spacious bedroom with a master bed and bathroom, a one person bedroom in the mezzanine, a fully equipped kitchen and a giant living room with sofa-bed for two people and an extra sofa. Most of the furniture is handmade in wood by our father the rest are recovered family antiques. The house is located in the center of 3 hectares of land where we are starting to plant trees of various species. And where is the pool that will work only between May and September. The entire property is available to guests. You can also enjoy breakfast in the mountains. Set at your doorstep every day, with products from the region. The best Algarve bread from a local bakery, natural orange juice and homemade jams, among other more conventional products like milk, cheese and cereals.
