There's a light at staircase which would turn on 24 hours and won't turn off even during electric break out for extra safety purpose. The rooms and living area are equipped with air conditioner (heating and cooling), the house is equipped with refrigerator, microwave, electric kettle, rice cooker, two TVs, hair dryer, washing machine, iron, clothes rack, kitchen utensils, shampoo and towel. Each guest would receive a detailed house guide with detailed description of how to get to the property as well as all other important information, so don't worry for not able to find the house :) For 6th guest, I would provide one more set of extra pillow and blanket, but not futon.
