The best location at the best price in Saitama. Welcome to our private 3 bedrooms apartment. Only 13 minutes walk from Niza Station and surrounded by a wide variety of fun and popular attractions. Excellent access to Heirin temple, other temples and shrines and a grape-picking place. It comes fully furnished with everything you need for a fun getaway or a productive business trip! Our clean and cozy property is conveniently located. It is just 13 minutes walk from Niiza station. Private house This house is all for you! You will not share any part of the house with anyone. Our house is a second-story house. There is no elevator available. The kitchen has new appliances including a fridge, microwave, and kettle. There is also a set of basic cookware available that includes a pan, a pot, a knife, and a cutting board and some other kitchen utensils. Many plates and cups are available for you to enjoy meals at your home away from home :) ※Please note that iron and rice cooker are not provided. The living/dining room is cozy and practical. It has a TV, a dining table that is built into a floor that sits up to 4 people at once and other small tables with cozy chairs. There is a bathroom stocked with toiletries such as soap, shampoo, conditioner, and toothbrushes. Fresh towels will be in your room when you arrive. There are 3 bedrooms, each bedroom has a single bed and a single sofa bed. Each bed will be prepared with fresh linens for your stay. There is a huge storage space available to store all of your luggage from your international trip. 24 hour guest access with self check-in system(After and Before check-in/out hour) The check-in instruction will be provided after your reservation is confirmed.
