We have a lock box at the rear of the property, however, Lee or Simon can meet and greet if you prefer. We are on call 24 hours a day to assist should any issues arise. The complimentary bed settee with duvet and linen is available for a further guest to stay free of charge, providing four guests have paid.

Francis House is situated just off the vibrant Bath Road in the beautiful spa town of Cheltenham. Bath Road has many bars, restaurant's and boutiques and is just a short walk onto Cheltenham's charming town centre. Cheltenham Spa train station is approximately 2 miles away with direct trains to London in two hours. Francis House can also be the perfect place to stay for your visit to the world famous Cheltenham Races. The home features two double bedrooms and is decorated to a high standard throughout. The master bedroom also features a super king sized bed. There is complimentary parking at the side of the property and additional parking on the road. The accommodation features a key lock box or we can offer a meet and greet upon your arrival. Features: Bedroom One: Super king sized bed (this can also be split into two singles upon request). All bedding and linen provided. Generous sized wardrobes and chest of drawers. Bedroom Two : Two single beds (these can also be joined together to make a super king sized bed upon request).
