Your family will be close to everything when you stay at our centrally located apartment. Our place is a new – modern apartment. Build according to latest safety building standards. Most of the old apartments doesn’t comply with new earthquake building regulations. Apartment was designed for easy access for Wheelchairs and Baby strollers. Building offers Open and Closed parking. Depending on availability, guests can use either open or closed one. There are 2 Panoramic Kone elevators accessible from Closed parking or ground floor. Building has an automatic generator, if there is an electric outage, generator kicks in. Generator feeds all electric infrastructure within apartment, including elevators and general lightning. You can reach us through whatsapp or phone call. We live nearby if needed we can get there shortly (given that we are in town :) ) 5min walking distance to Bagdat Street. (500m). Where there are many shops, coffeehouse, bars & restaurants. 5min walk to Europes’ biggest Apple Store, Divan restaurant... 15min walk to Zara, H&M and many more 20 min walk to Chanel, Beymen... 8 min walk to Erenkoy shore. You can take portable chairs ( you have 2 portable chairs at home) and chill by the sea, enjoy seaside walk or have picnic. 4 min to Erenköy Marmaray Station. Trains every 5-10 mins either way. Some Popular routes are. Uskudar : Where you can walk by Bosphorus, Enjoy Touristic attractions. Take ferry and go Karakoy, Beşiktaş and more. Or take ferry for Bosphorus Tour. (17min train Ride) Sirkeci : Sirkeci is one of the most visited neighbourhood of Istanbul. After train ride Topkapı Palace, Ayafosya (Hagia Sophia) and Old Bazaar are all in 13 – 18 min walking distance from Sirkeci Marmaray station. 5 min to Bagdat Street where you can take Bus, minibus, or taxi to anywhere. Depending on traffic it takes 30 -45 minutes to Taksim Square. Please do not wear shoes at home. No smoking in the building, gotta go outside for smoke. Landlord doesn’t allow pets. Please be considerate to neighbours. Apartment is located at 10th floor, have partial view of price islands [ not much :) ]. Master bedroom has a double bed, second bedroom has an ikea sofa bed (offers queen size sleeping space). Also, Coach at living room is large enough to sleep. 2 air conditioners; one at living room other one in master bedroom. Also remote controlled fan is available.
