This fully furnished two bedroom villa with fully equipped kitchen in Candolim,North Goa offers a homely experience for those who choose to have a quality stay in a centrally located property which is close to Candolim beach, famous for its white sand and many restaurants that offer multi cuisine as well as the local flavors of Goa. Being part of a safe gated complex our villa offers all amenities to provide a memorable stay for a group or family. The two bedroom Villa has a all the amenities you require for a comfortable stay. The Living room has an AC with proper sitting arrangements for guests. It also has a common washroom. Each bedroom has an AC and has an attached bathroom. The fully equipped kitchen has hot plates, utensils for 6 guests, kettle for making tea, toaster, fridge, RO water purifier, Microwave oven. LPG gas is available at extra cost of 300 per day. Apart for all this, the property has a private parking space for 1 car and a two wheeler. A common swimming pool is available from 6 AM to 6 PM. Apart from the entire villa the guests can access the common swimming pool and a common small garden. A caretaker is available without any extra cost for your inquiries regarding groceries and bike renting extra. We will be happy to help with travel arrangement, transfer from/to the airport(at extra cost), reservation at the restaurants. Please let us know if you need any help so we can make your stay memorable. -We are located in Candolim not far from Cafe Coffee day. Supermarkets and market with fresh fruits/veggies/fish is within walking distance. -A Shortcut will lead you to the Candolim beach within 10 minutes by walking. -There are a lot of nightclubs, restaurants and pubs in the area. -The surrounding is safe for late night roaming If you need arrangement of a vehicle, please let us know and it will be waiting for you on arrival for which you can pay later. Bike and Car rental options are easily available Panjim Bus stand is around 12 to 13 kms Thivim railway station is 30 kms Taxi stand is just outside the guarded complex Airport is 35 to 40 kms -We have 2 villas in the same locality so can accommodate large groups - 1 iron is provided in the house -Maximum 6 people are allowed in the property. -We provide complimentary simple limited breakfast. On chargeable basis we will be happy to offer additional tailored services as cook, BBQ, massage, event planning and organising and many more .
