Our house is 5-10 minutes walking to the stony beach and the marina, the second floor of a house with a garden and the entrances are separate. Me and my mother and father live on the lower floor, so we can call our house a family business. It is in one of the neighborhoods away from noise and traffic, it is very clean and very close to town. Although we rent the 2nd floor of our house, you can take advantage of the opportunities offered by our garden. Grilling barbecue, enjoying tea and coffee, etc.. safe, quiet, no parking problem and away from traffic, 5-10 walking distance to the beach, also very close to the gym. Our district is close to the city and is a quiet neighborhood consisting of detached houses with gardens in general. Summers are cooler than the city center and have nature views.
