Beautiful typical house fully renovated. It is located in the center of the village. 2 rooms on the first floor. 1 living room and dining room with a cozy fireplace and a patio. The rooms are spacious. The living room and dining room are connected creating a pleasant and cozy surface at the same time. You will have the entire house for yourself. We will do everything for you to have a very pleasant stay in our wonderful village! The house is located in the center of the village, a minute walk from the central square and the area known as "the villa" where you can visit the historic tower and have the incredible panoramic views of the entire village. To park your car, I recommend to you: - The closest is the central square (50 meters), however you will have a time limite to leave you car (1 hour more or less) - Calle Cádiz (near of the square) - Calle Callejón. This street is narrow but you can often find parking places. - Parking CP-Plus (in the final of street callejón) Do not forget that Setenil is an old village with lots of small streets, for cars it is not ideal but good, that's its charm.
