Next this area leads to the upstairs, where are situated 3 bedrooms and a bathroom. Double bedroom contains King Size Bed and double wardrobe. Second bedroom includes King Size Bed and third bedroom with a Queen Size Bed. Bathroom includes the toilet, basin with storage and walk in shower. Check-in is from 15.00 (3.00 PM). Arrival is flexible as guest is using Smart Electric Lock. The entry code is supplied on the day of arrival. Parking is offered for one vehicle, with access to free parking outside the property. This requires a £40 deposit, which is fully refundable after the checkout. Additionally there is a 2 minutes walk to any bus stop and 5 minutes walk to Leicester Railway Station.
