A three bedroom house with a small garden, parking and a private pool. This house is definitely a gem in Antigua Guatemala. Habitación 2, esta habitación se encuentra en el segundo nivel de la propiedad tiene una cama queen y una litera (dos colchones twin), esta habitación comparte baño con la habitación 3. Habitación 3, esta habitación se encuentra en el segundo nivel de la propiedad, tiene una cama queen y comparte baño con la habitación 2. La casa esta pensada para hospedar 9 huéspedes, no mas que eso bajó ninguna circunstancia. Debes tomar en cuenta que el numero de huéspedes debe estar actualizado en tu reserva. This is an entire property so you have access to all areas with the only exception of a small storage room where we keep the maintenance material, and where the pool machines are located. We live in Antigua so if you need our help you can contact us at any time, if we are not in town there will always be someone from our staff ready to help you 24h. La casa esta ubicada en una calle privada dentro del casco histórico de Antigua Guatemala, es un vecindario tranquilo y muy seguro. Debes tomar en cuenta que apreciamos y respetamos a nuestros vecinos por lo que no es permitido ningún tipo de evento ni música en la propiedad por respeto a ellos. Si vas a estacionar en la calle recuerda estacionar únicamente frente a la propiedad y no frente a otras casas. Antigua its a small city so everything is at a walking distance, you can also find Taxi, Uber or TucTuc in town for transportation. There’s also a few places for renting cars if you need to go somewhere farther. The pool is not heated! If you book our place you are accepting that someone from our cleaning staff will come everyday If your reservation is on Tuesday and Thursday take in consideration that the gardener will come for house and garden maintenance. This two are not optional, this is our way to keep the house clean and in perfect condition for all reservations. The amount of guests on your reservation is the amount of guests allowed at the property, if you bring more people you’ll have to pay the extra fee for each of them per night. The property is pet friendly but you have to add the amount of pets on the reservation since there is a fee for that, no more than two pets allowed at our property. Remember that your pet is your responsibility so you have to clean after your dog a cleaning deposit will be charged and we will return it after your reservation if everything is clean and no damages to the property. No aggressive or reactive pets allowed since our cleaning staff comes daily.

The house it's located on a safe area residential area with many cheap bars, coffee shops, restaurants, Spanish school, churches, and just in front the famous San Francisco church. Guests can access all the property facilities except for the laundromat that is only for our staff. Someone from our friendly staff will be at the house for check-in or check-out, we work so sometimes it’s hard for us to be there, if you need something please contact us and we will gladly help you. This two are not optional, this is our way to keep the house clean and in perfect condition for all reservations. The house has parking for two small cars or one big car. Just take in consideration that in one of the bathrooms there’s a Jacuzzi it only works as a bathtub, it is not possible to start the engine to work as a Jacuzzi, this is to avoid wasting water since Antigua suffers from lack of water. Daily cleaning is included on price, this only includes room cleaning, and the rest of the house. Remember washing dishes, cooking, or going out to buy something is guest responsibility our staff won’t be available for those tasks. And extra cleaning fee will be charge if the property is not left in excellent condition this includes dirty dishes or extra cleaning of any area of the house $25

Cuenta con una jardin acogedor con con vista al Cerro de La Cruz, ideal para desayunar o ver el atardecer y cuenta con espacio para parqueo de hasta 3 vehículos . Toda la casa está disponible para los huéspedes a excepción de la lavandería que es solo para uso de nuestro personal de limpieza. No contamos con lavadora y secadora para uso de huéspedes. Trabajamos con turismo por lo que no siempre estamos presente pero siempre estará alguien de nuestro personal disponible para ayudar en lo que necesiten.
