A three bedroom house with a small garden, parking and a private pool. This house is definitely a gem in Antigua Guatemala. Habitación 2, esta habitación se encuentra en el segundo nivel de la propiedad tiene una cama queen y una litera (dos colchones twin), esta habitación comparte baño con la habitación 3. Habitación 3, esta habitación se encuentra en el segundo nivel de la propiedad, tiene una cama queen y comparte baño con la habitación 2. La casa esta pensada para hospedar 9 huéspedes, no mas que eso bajó ninguna circunstancia. Debes tomar en cuenta que el numero de huéspedes debe estar actualizado en tu reserva. This is an entire property so you have access to all areas with the only exception of a small storage room where we keep the maintenance material, and where the pool machines are located. We live in Antigua so if you need our help you can contact us at any time, if we are not in town there will always be someone from our staff ready to help you 24h. La casa esta ubicada en una calle privada dentro del casco histórico de Antigua Guatemala, es un vecindario tranquilo y muy seguro. Debes tomar en cuenta que apreciamos y respetamos a nuestros vecinos por lo que no es permitido ningún tipo de evento ni música en la propiedad por respeto a ellos. Si vas a estacionar en la calle recuerda estacionar únicamente frente a la propiedad y no frente a otras casas. Antigua its a small city so everything is at a walking distance, you can also find Taxi, Uber or TucTuc in town for transportation. There’s also a few places for renting cars if you need to go somewhere farther. The pool is not heated! If you book our place you are accepting that someone from our cleaning staff will come everyday If your reservation is on Tuesday and Thursday take in consideration that the gardener will come for house and garden maintenance. This two are not optional, this is our way to keep the house clean and in perfect condition for all reservations. The amount of guests on your reservation is the amount of guests allowed at the property, if you bring more people you’ll have to pay the extra fee for each of them per night. The property is pet friendly but you have to add the amount of pets on the reservation since there is a fee for that, no more than two pets allowed at our property. Remember that your pet is your responsibility so you have to clean after your dog a cleaning deposit will be charged and we will return it after your reservation if everything is clean and no damages to the property. No aggressive or reactive pets allowed since our cleaning staff comes daily.

La residencia cuenta con piscina privada, está ubicada frente al mar, en un lugar exclusivo, es súper agradable y tranquila, ofrece todos los servicios y cocina totalmente equipada, cuenta con eco filtro, wifi y tvs. con cable, hamacas, churrasquera grande, sillones de cemento blanco para descansar, sala con sillones, comedor, etcétera. La bella casa está cerca de supermercado El Pez Dorado y súper 24. Su ubicación es Aldea Atitancito, Condomnio El Majagual II, Lote 36, Iztapa, Escuintla. Todo el espacio de la residencia puede ser utilizado sin restricciones para que la estancia sea más placentera. Hay mucho que aprovechar en el lugar, lo disfrutarás. La residencia tiene 6 parqueos propios, tres internos y tres frente a la propiedad, todos pueden ser utilizados por los huéspedes. Todo está cerca hay un supermercado “El Pez Dorado” a 300 mts y un súper 24, donde venden de todo; a pocos minutos se encuentran muchos restaurantes, y también los municipios de Puerto de Iztapa y Puerto de San José, así como las playas de monterrico y Hawai. Todo el lugar. Los huéspedes pueden permanecer en las habitaciones con Ac. y Tvs. con cable y wifi, o bien descansar en los sillones de cemento blanco que están frente a la piscina o los que están ubicados en el corredor del segundo nivel junto a las hamacas; ingresar al mar o bien relajarse en las hamacas que están en los corredores y si lo desean refrescarse en la piscina privada que está en la residencia. También pueden caminar en la vegetación que está afuera o frente al mar, o visitar los diferentes lugares cercanos. El lugar en increíble, la pasarás fenomenal. Cualquier duda o sugerencia se me puede hacer saber para atenderte mejor. En la residencia hay carteles con información especial y se encuentran los números telefónicos para contactarnos. Se deben lavar las manos con agua y jabón, aplicar alcohol constantemente, usar el pediluvio, y acatar todas las reglas para prevenir el Covid-19. Es un lugar privado y exclusivo, es super tranquilo y seguro. La dirección de la villa es: Aldea Atitancito, Condomnio El Majagual II, Lote 36, Iztapa, Escuintla. Se llega a la residencia en vehículo, ya que está a 300 mts. de la carretera asfaltada y el callejón de ingreso está junto al supermercado El Pez Dorado, el cual es amplio y se encuentra en buen estado. Tres Vehiculos se pueden ingresar a la propiedad y otros se quedan afuera ya qué hay espacio de la misma propiedad frente a la casa sin perjudicar el tránsito o a los vecinos. El lugar es muy cómodo y no hay afluencia de personas extrañas en la playa, por lo que es placentero y se pueden apreciar aves volando sobre el mar, amaneceres y atardeceres espectaculares. En conclusión estoy seguro que te encantará y la pasarás excelente.

Relajese con toda la familia en este tranquilo y seguro lugar para quedarse. La pasaran fenomenal, ya que esta ubicada a solo 140 metros de la playa. La residencia es totalmente nueva y se encuentra equipada con lo indispensable Los huespedes tienen acceso a toda la propiedad. Estoy pendiente en todo momento. Tambien tenemos personal para entregar la residencia y se les puede contactar siempre. El vecindario es seguro y amigable. Tomar la carretera a Monterrico y en el km. 136, aldea El Gariton, Taxisco, se ingresa en Callejon Casa San Pedro y se llega al lote 33. La residencia esta cerca de supermercados, restaurantes, farmacias, tiendas, etc.

Just take in consideration that in one of the bathrooms there’s a Jacuzzi it only works as a bathtub, it is not possible to start the engine to work as a Jacuzzi, this is to avoid wasting water since Antigua suffers from lack of water. Daily cleaning is included on price, this only includes room cleaning, and the rest of the house. Remember washing dishes, cooking, or going out to buy something is guest responsibility our staff won’t be available for those tasks. And extra cleaning fee will be charge if the property is not left in excellent condition this includes dirty dishes or extra cleaning of any area of the house $25
