HUTT-057812 Nuestros huéspedes podrán disfrutar de una casa nueva en estado impecable. Es un espacio ideal para familias que buscan desconectar en un sitio tranquilo y cerca de playas y pueblos muy bonitos. La casa está toda en 1 planta: La zona de la piscina, jardín, barbacoa y todo el interior de la casa está en un mismo nivel. Es muy cómoda si tienes dificultar para moverte porque no tendrás escalones, más que los 10 peldaños que hay en la entrada de la parcela donde aparcas el coche. Tiene mucha intimidad en sus 1300 metros de terreno con vistas al mar. Ideal para desconectar, disfrutar del silencio y es perfecta para teletrabajar. Está completamente vallada. La cocina, el comedor y el salón están integrados, lo cual lo convierte en un espacio perfecto para hacer actividades en compañía. La cocina está completamente equipada: Tiene campana extractora, nevera y congelador, cafetera, horno, microondas, batidora para smoothies, hervidor eléctrico, exprimidor de naranja, minipimer y extractora de zumo. Al lado de la cocina hay una zona de lavadero con lavadora y secadora de ropa, plancha, tender y productos de limpieza. Hay 2 habitaciones dobles: 1- La habitación principal tiene vistas a la piscina y al mar. Tiene un sommier doble de 1,60 x 2 mts. (¡hemos estado 2 meses para dar con la cama ideal para dormir como bebés!) Tiene un colchón de muy buena calidad. 2- La segunda habitación tiene vistas al jardín lateral. Tiene 2 camas individuales de 0,90 x 1,90 mt. cada una que se pueden juntar y formar una matrimonial (SI o SI bajo petición porque debemos unirla con un suplemento y armarla con sábanas extra grandes de 1,80 mts.) El baño es amplio y tiene ducha. Tendréis toallas, jabón, secador de pelo y un kit básico de emergencia (tiritas, agua oxigenada, alcohol, etc.) El comedor está al lado de la barra de la cocina. Tiene una mesa de madera natural para 6 personas con 4 sillas de cuero ecológico. También es muy cómoda para trabajar porque es muy amplia. Tenemos wifi con fibra óptica. También hay aire acondicionado central (frío/calor), con un botón se enciende en toda la casa. El salón tiene TV digital y conexión para USB. La television está conectada al wifi para que puedas ver todo lo que quieras (YouTube, tus canales favoritos, escuchar música ... ) Hay una estufa de pellets ideal para las tardes de otoño e invierno. También hay 2 estufas eléctricas. Hay un sofá de 2 mts, puff y una silla de ratán, puede acomodar a 6 personas. Todos los ambientes tienen ventanas con vistas al mar y al jardín. Al lado de la piscina y de la cocina también hay una barbacoa (carbón). La zona exterior tiene una mesa de madera extensible, es perfecta para desayunar temprano viendo el amanecer. Hay otra zona tipo chill out con sofás ideal para tomar una copa al atardecer o por la noche. Todo este sector tiene toldo rebatible y en verano colocamos las cortinas que despejan un poco el sol de todo el día. Al lado de la piscina (8 mts x 3 mts.) hay 2 tumbonas, os dejamos churros para la piscina y toallas. El terreno tiene 1300 metros, al otro lado de la casa hay un sector con pinos y mucho espacio natural. Si vienes con perros, esta parte del terreno es perfecta, no tienes que sacarlos a pasear, pueden correr a sus anchas, y jugar todo lo que quieran. El terreno está completamente vallado a prueba de perros escapistas. Tu mascota es bienvenida, avísanos con antelación así le dejamos un regalo de bienvenida, platos para comer y beber y toallas y mantas para que utilicen ellos. Es una casa con mucha intimidad ideal para descansar, disfrutar de la naturaleza, de su piscina y de sus vistas. Es imprescindible tener coche para moverse por la zona. Hay una zona dentro de la casa para aparcar hasta 3 coches. Es un barrio muy tranquilo, con casas muy bonitas. Tiene un restaurante a menos de 5 minutos a pie (EL MIRADOR) y un bar a 10 minutos a pie. También hay una pizzería con delivery. El coche es necesario para venir a la casa. No hay autobus. La estación de tren de Cubelles está a 5 minutos en coche, y la de Cunit a 10 minutos. El pueblo de Cubelles y sus playas están a unos 10 minutos con coche.
