Guests have full access to the villa. We do not give the premises to more than one party at a time so you have exclusive use of the villa including bedrooms, bathrooms; self catered kitchen, living room, dining room and garden. This impressive looking villa is ideally located close to shops, bars, and local landmarks. The villa is close, to the bustling and vibrant entertainment area of Baga Beach. The villa offers a wide range of culinary options including A Reveria and Amavi (fine dining restaurants), Navtara (pure vegetarian), Little Italy, Moonshine, Babutes on Top (great for people watching) and Le Jardin which serves Indian, Chinese, and local Goan delicacies in a tranquil garden environment. Key Features of Phase 1 ☆ The accommodation is self-catered whereby we have provided you with lodging and cooking facilities with no meals and no room service. ☆ This villa is 2 min walk (200 mtrs) to Calangute beach, has AC in the living room, 4 AC bedrooms & 3 bathrooms with Shared swimming pool + Pool table + Foosball Game Table + Carrom board with another adjacent 6BHK villa (PHASE2). Free WiFi with 50-100 mbps speed. ☆ Villa has 2 king-size beds & 4 single beds. ON REQUEST: single beds can be joined and covered with an 1-inch foam converting them to a king size bed. ☆ Check in at 12 pm and Check out is 10 am. Flexibility is based on availability. ☆The pool is shared with the next door villa, namely Villa Calangute Phase 2. ☆ Housekeeping is done daily for 4 hours which includes cleaning of the bedrooms/bathrooms/kitchen and living room area. Bed linen and towels are provided and not changed for stays 3 nights or less. If required, linens/bath towels/swimming pool towels can be changed daily for an additional cost of INR 400 per room per day. ☆ 24-hour power backup (Inverter + Generator on site). ☆ Parking is compounded for 2 Cars. The kitchen is well equipped with utensils, gas burners, cutlery, crockery, mixer, microwave, toaster, fridge, freezer, kettle, washing machine, etc. You can cook yourself or we can provide Breakfast/Lunch/Dinner, made by professional cooks for an extra cost. Phase 1 and Phase 2 each have private entrances and parking but the pool area is communal. A INR 10,000 cash security deposit is collected from guests on arrival and returned during check out, subject to any damages. Guest must do payment within 2 hours to confirm the booking and reply with correct a phone number for any reservation made. Failing to do so will result in the reservation not being accepted, this is to avoid spamming.
