Bacolod as the city of smile will give you the best experience while in town. Our villa is a vacation shared home for families, friends, and expats. This listing is for our 40sqm Private Family Room (Carnation 1) located on the 2nd floor of the Villa which can accommodate up to maximum 6pax. Room Carnation is one of the rooms in our villa and the biggest of all. There is a king sized bed and a small coffee table inside the room. And we offer extra mattresses for additional guests for a minimal fee. In this room you have a private bathroom with bath tub and toilet. There is no water heater on this room. The view of this room is the pool area and the bar on the first floor. The property is a shared house for other guests and the care taker. We have 5 people staying in this property to maintain and assist you while you are in the villa. You will be assisted by our dear manager and her name is Jo. We have designed the unit to accomodate up to maximum of 3 adults and 1 child aged 12 years old and below. the space is a newly constructed condo that can accomodate upto maximum of 4 persons. it is fully furnished. guest have all day access to swimming pool, cable tv and wi-fi during the stay we will interact directly with the guest, however if guests will check in between office or work hours our staff shall directly interact with the guest. Guest can conviniently go to NAIA terminal 3, Resorts World Manila, Makati Business District. The place is open to all modes of transportation. there is also a free shuttle service going to Resorts World Manila The place is very near NAIA terminal 3 or T3. T3 is a major airport hub in the Philippines, it is the gateway to major tourist destinations in the country like Palawan, Boracay, Cebu, Bohol,etc. The place is just 3 blocks away from Resorts World Manila and the Marriot convention center. A supermarket is also located about 100 meters from the unit.
