Vacation Rental Villa located in amazing Cretan nature, built within an enchanted forest with a swimming pool and complete privacy. Fully renovated in 2022 yet keeping the traditional nature of the property with all the amenities of any modern accommodation. The living spaces are set on 3 floors, with 3 bedrooms on the top floor and another bedroom on the lower floor. The kitchen, dining area and living room are on the main floor. The Villa is built on a 4000 sq. m. plot of land and has a traditional feel. It has recently been fully renovated and furnished. There are 3 floors, the main entrance which houses the kitchen, the dining area and the living room with a large screen Smart TV, the space can easily accommodate 10 people. There is also a full bathroom on this floor. The main floor opens onto a terrace on one side and to the swimming pool area on the other side. The swimming pool is a good sized pool, 8x4 m and depth of 1.5m as per the local laws. The area around the pool is a large tiled space with a large BBG and brick wood oven. You are able to eat, swim, play and sunbath with appropriate umbrella protection available for your comfort. The bedrooms are located on the upper floor where you can find 2 double bedrooms and 1 bedroom with 2 single beds. On this floor you can find 2 full bathrooms with showers. There is a washing machine and ironing facilities for your comfort. On the lower floor there is one double bedroom and a large sofa bed which sleeps 2, a large bathroom with a shower, a new kitchenette with tea/coffee facilities and a small fridge. All bedrooms are airconditioned to cope with the summer heat. The location of the villa allows for easy access to the national highway if you wish to explore Heraklion or other cities and areas on Crete, and is only a 5 minute drive from some of the most spectacular beaches in the area where you can find water sports, local taverns and shops. I am on-call for my guests 24 hours a day. I utilize email, texting, phone calls or whatever else is necessary to provide the best possible service, immediately. More importantly, I have a site manager (good family friend) who is located in the same close to the building, who will help out at a moments notice as well. It is so close to EVERYTHING. Pelican Mall, down the road from Marmara Park Mall, a 1 minute walk to the Saturday Pazar and 7 minute walk to Avcilar Shopping Center, an 8 minute drive to Avcilar ido feribot or a 2 minute walk to the E-5 Metro-bus Station dropping you to the main Shopping, Dining, Dancing, Drinking, and all the tourist destinations in Fatih, Taksim, Beyoglu Bosphorus, Uskudar and Kadikoy on the Asian side. This luxury villa with private pool (approx. 40sqm 1,50m deep with children area 0,60m deep) is situated on old village of Roussospiti, altitude 300m. It is quietly positioned and surrounded by lovely gardens 900sqm plot of land and pretty stone walls, is perfect for visitors who are looking for peace, relaxation and comfort. The large terrace and balconies offer beautiful views over the surrounding area and the distant sea. The villa is a very elegant and spacious, with 5 bedrooms; 1 of them with double beds and luxurious en-suite bathrooms/WC, 2 bedrooms with twin beds share one luxurious bathroom/WC and 1 with double bed, sofa bed,baby cot and luxurious en-suite bathrooms/WC, all on the ground floor. On the second floor is the 5ft bedroom with twins beds and a double iron bed, it is suitable for up to 10-13 people. Has a well equipped kitchen with full electric cooker, electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, coffee machine, toaster, juicer, and electric kettle. The dining room contains a big dining table for 12 people. Another eight steps up the kitchen area has comfortable seating, fireplace with glass, satellite TV and DVD player. Further to this there is a door opening out to the covered balcony with patio furniture with fantastic views the surround area and the distant sea. In the same level with the seating area there is a corner with a desk, library, WiFi VDSL is available inside and outside of the villa. There are sun beds around the pool and aluminum patio furniture, and a large BBQ area with wooden oven, grill covered make an ideal spot for Al Fresco dining. There is a safety deposit box in the master bedroom. Air-condition is available in all bedrooms. Next to the garage there is a utility room with a washing machine and iron board. Traditional 2 bedroom chalet near the center of Arachova.Located in a quiet neighbourhood just 5 mins away from the central road.Dont forget to enjoy the amazing mountain view inside the property.Ideal for families and couples.Up to 5 guest allowed.Pets are free to stay and there is plenty space for them to wander around in the yard. Chalet is mostly made out of wood.Try be gentle and calm when you open up doors inside the property.The property is equipped with all the essentials including an inside traditional fireplace.You can also find wood for the fireplace in a small warehouse which is near the house inside the property.You are free to use the fireplace on your own responsibility.Please use the fireplace protection for smoke and always be careful while lighting up the fire. You can enjoy a wonderful view of the local mountains by climbing a few steps in the courtyard of the accommodation. Guests are free to use all space availave inside the accomodation.
