POWER BACKUP - The villa is equipped with Power back-up Inverter in case of power outage (frequent in Goa). LATE CHECK-OUT & EARLY CHECK-IN is chargeable and will depend on availability of the villa at that time. Message us 1 day in advance and we will be able to let you know whether it is possible or not. SECURITY DEPOSIT - We collect a security deposit amount of 10,000 (short stay) and Rs. 20,000 ( long stay) in cash at the time of check-in. Any damages to the property or missing items would have to be deducted from the security deposit amount. SMOKING OUTDOORS ONLY - Indoor smoking is absolutely prohibited at the Villa. Drugs are strictly prohibited on the premises & smoking is allowed only on the balconies and outdoor areas. A cleaning fee of Rs.10,000 will be charged if found smoking inside these homes to cover costs of deodorising drapes and upholstery.  NO PETS ALLOWED - Pets are strictly not allowed at the property. If found with pets, booking will be considered cancelled and booking refund return will not be initiated. THINGS TO KNOW - As per government regulations, it is mandatory for all the guests to carry a valid photo identity card and address proof (Driving License / Aadhar Card) at the time of check-in (PAN cards are not accepted). We would not be able to proceed with the check-in without these documents and would consider the booking as “no show” (no refund possible). CANCELLATION POLICY - — 100% refund if the cancellation is done 15 days before the check-in date. — 50% refund if the cancellation is done within 7 to 15 days of the check-in date — No refund if the cancellation is within 7 days of check-in date HOUSE RULES - — We welcome families, couples and mixed groups, we are unable to accommodate gentlemen-only groups, weddings and parties.  — Drugs are strictly prohibited on the premises & smoking is allowed only on the balconies and outdoor areas. You can book it for INR 7000 per night from 8 pm to 4 am for any one day of your choice. You can get your own DJ and drinks too. This party room is for the exclusive use of the guests staying at the villa.
