Το σπίτι και μέρος ενός συγκροτήματος 4 σπιτιών βρίσκεται στον παραδοσιακό οικισμό της Αγίας Παρασκευής, μόλις 2 λεπτά με τα πόδια από την πλατεία του οικισμού - με το χαρακτηριστικό τεράστιο πλάτανο των 13 αιώνων. Μπαίνοντας στο σπίτι θα συναντήσετε ένα ενιαίο χώρο όπου βρίσκεται το σαλόνι με το τζάκι, ένα διπλό κρεβάτι, η τραπεζαρία και μία πλήρως εξοπλισμένη κουζίνα. Υπάρχει ένα ακόμη μικρό δωμάτιο με ντουλάπα που εμείς το ονομάζουμε «παιδικό». Δίπλα υπάρχει ένα άνετο μπάνιο με μπανιέρα. Εδώ, μέσα κι έξω από το σπίτι, κυριαρχούν το γαλάζιο και το άσπρο χρώμα, η διακόσμηση είναι πιο ανάλαφρη από τα υπόλοιπα 3 σπίτια, αλλά ταυτόχρονα, είναι ιδιαίτερη, ρομαντική στις αποχρώσεις του μπλε πανσέ, του σπάνιου, αλλά, τόσο όμορφου λουλουδιού αυτού του τόπου. Στην αυλή του σπιτιού υπάρχει μια μικρή πισίνα (3x2m.) για 4 άτομα - εκεί μπορείτε να απολαύσετε ένα δροσερό μπάνιο κάτω από τον υπέροχο ήλιο ή τον έναστρο ουρανό - ότι αγαπάει περισσότερο ο καθένας. Η ηλικία του, σύμφωνα με δασολόγους, ανέρχεται πριν από 13 αιώνες περίπου. Με τη δροσιά που θα σας προσφέρει αυτός ο ιστορικός πλάτανος θα απολαύσετε τον καφέ σας, τα τοπικά εδέσματα και το ποτό σας το βράδυ. Όλα γίνονται αλλιώς όταν βρίσκεσαι κάτω από τη σκέπη του γερό - πλάτανου. Είναι μια βιωματική εμπειρία που πρέπει να ζήσεις. This is very old little house, completely renovated 2017. Outside is private heated swimming pool with roman stairs and jacuzzi,and inside is devise for countercurrent swimming, believe is great stuff ;) There is nice area around pool with deck chair,swing chair,garden furniture and big parasol. By the pool is also situated dining space with table and sofa. We have also an exterior solar heated shower. Also around house we have place to Play Basketball, trampoline and badminton. On the ground floor is my favourite place in house,tavern. Inside is big wood table,with chairs and bench.Big cabinet with different type of wine,black,white ,rose(extra charge) and fridge with many type of beers,domestic and foreign (extra charge).And lots of different alcohol drinks(extra charge). We haven't forgotten ice maker ,still the summer is:) In the corner is tv,radio for full party atmosphere.And There’s is computer if you need for some business things to do ,but we don't recommended if you are on vacation;) The tavern is air conditioned. Outside,front of tavern is BBQ. There's bike for you, and it's free. On the first floor is modern bathroom with all things you need,towels,soap,shampoo,hairdryer... There is little kitchen,nice and fully equipped. Fridge,dishwasher,coffee machine (Illy),toaster,water heater,popcorn machine, eggs kettle and more.. In the living room is sofa that can became a bed for two person,big tv,and Bang & Olufsen system (zeppelin) for music. Whole place is air conditioned too. Internal stair leads to the upper floor in the bedroom. There is one double bed, and two one person bed,with small window and view into the wild. The bedroom is air conditioned too.

We are just steps away from the landmarks of Antalya such as Yivli Minaret, Kesik Minaret, The Harbor, Hadrian’s Gate – Üç Kapılar, Hıdırlık Kulesi. The Beaches; Mermerli and Adalar Beaches are on walking distance as well. Karaalioğlan Park is also there 5 min walking distance to do morning sports. We are surrounded by local transport lines so the guests have easy access to whole city of Antalya. Though the airport isn’t far from Kaleiçi, due to traffic in Antalya–and especially the traffic around Kaleiçi–expect your trip to take some time. We can arrange a transfer prior to your flight which makes your trip easier and more cheaper. Please let us know if you wish to book a transfer. If you’d prefer to use public transport, you can use the Antray train, which leaves from the airport to get inside the city. You’ll have to get off at Ismetpaşa Station for Kaleiçi. Expect a 5-minute walk to the home. The Hadrian Gate, broken minaret, Karaalioğlu Park, Mermerli beach, marina, shopping centres, shops for food and beverages, walking area, famous Işıklar street, cinema and theatre centers, Turkish bath, tram and busstops are about 5 min. walking distance. Antalya museum is 15 min. distance by tram. -There are smoke alarms in the kitchen, living room, and all bedrooms. -Swimming pool, garden, terrace, and other property facilities are shared with other guests. -There are security cameras in general areas of the property.
