In Casa Durazno you will visit a comfortable and nice to relax place in the middle of El Durazno, just some minutes by feet to the center of La Paz. In 150m high you will find one of the best climazone areas in the north with seaview over the north of Tenerife and direct view to the volcano Teide. With 2 bedrooms with queensize beds, one large living room, a new and modern bathroom plus a small kitchen and guest toilette you will find place for up to 4 persons. The garden area is shared, its a big place with a shared salt water (not heated) pool. Because of the fact that from 6 houses, just 4 houses are used from a friendly family and 2 other single owners, the garden and pool area are in 99% of the cases for your own use and not need to share with anyone else. You have a direct access from your terrace down to the garden and pool. You have lot of parking options in the top and at the bottom of the house. Directly under the garden area or up in front of the main door you will find plenty of parking places. The community area with the big garden and the pool can be used from you and the other guests and the 6 neighbour houses around. You can use the place for sunbathing, relaxing or some sport lessons. Nice apartments in a beautiful complex with 3 swimming pools: one for children and baby and others 2 for adults. In the complex you have an internal bar to do your breakfast and a pool table if you like to play. The position is perfectly located at 7 min walk from the famous touristic playa Fanabe and playa el Duque, close to all the restaurants, supermarket and everything you need to enjoy your holiday. The flat has been completely redone and renewed in a modern style. Fanabe is one of the most renowned and trendy neighborhoods on the adeje coast! You can find a lot top restaurants where you can eat fish and grilled meet. A luxury restaurant attached to the residence is "Monte Christo". Also attached to the residence there is a nice place where you can relax, have a drink and smoke fruts if you like : La Flaca. Fantástica y espectacular casa colonial del Siglo XIX situada en un entorno mágico, casi de cuento. A 8 minutos del aeropuerto TFN, 45 minutos del aeropuerto TFS, 10 minutos en coche del centro de La Laguna y 15 minutos de Santa Cruz de Tenerife y del Puerto de la Cruz, campo de golf a 5 minutos. muy buena conectividad a las principales vías de la isla tanto dirección norte como sur. Supermercados,farmacia y restaurantes cerca. El comienzo y lugar ideal para descubrir y disfrutar Tenerife. El espacio dispone de 100 metros distribuidos en dos habitaciones, cocina, baño y sala de estar, todo ello en un entorno colonial, con sus suelos hidráulicos antiguos y madera, techos altos y de madera la combinación perfecta de la arquitectura del siglo XIX pero con todas las comodidades de hoy. Habitación principal amplia con una cama doble teniendo la posibilidad de poner una cuna para bebes o una cama supletoria en la misma habitación. La otra habitación más pequeña que la principal, pero muy coqueta y acogedora tiene dos camas individuales con su armario empotrado de dos puertas. El baño con suelo de madera esta equipado con toallas,papel, champú, secador de pelo y toallero secador. La cocina es la originaria de la casa adaptada a la actualidad con todos los utensilios necesarios, perfectamente equipada y con lavadora en la misma cocina. La sala de estar dispone de un cómodo sofa y dos butacones desde donde se puede disfrutar de las maravillosas vistas al frondoso y verde exterior. La casa dispone de un precioso y amplísimo jardín exclusivo para nuestros huéspedes lleno de plantas,zonas de césped, fuente, gallinero y arboles centenarios, dos zonas de mobiliario exterior con sofá y mesas, cualquier rincón de nuestro jardín es fantástico para disfrutar de la naturaleza y el cantar de los pájaros.
