A very spacious condo , located literally in the heart of the city, just 2 blocks away from the Cebu Provincial Capitol. The each bedroom has wide-sized bed with a stunning view of the city and the mountains as you lay on those beds. First bedroom has a king-sized bed, next has a queen sized bed and the other room has a double sized bed. All rooms have air-conditioners. The master's bedroom its own restroom and the other rooms can use the shared restroom beside the kitchen. The unit also has its own sala set with high definition speakers in the living room and it also has a SMARTV that's connected with Netflix and Youtube. The dining space has a 6-seater dining table, perfect for morning breakfasts and evening conversations as you look over the city with your meals. It has a kitchen fully furnished with plates, utensils, glasses, frying pans, metal pot, refrigerator, stove top and toaster in case you want to prepare your own dishes, or reheat meals bought from the dozen restaurants and fast food chains nearby. The bathroom has hot shower attached, and toilet and faucet. There is an extra stockroom in case you need more room to put your stuff. A naturally-ventilated space within a Balinese-themed, resort-like development. The balcony has a lot of plants, spacious enough for a dining setup and has a great breeze coupled with the sunset view. The unit is accessible by foot as it's located at the upper ground level, and near the drop-off area. There are three bedrooms in total, two are on the second floor with a surrounding veranda allowing for pleasant sunset views. One further bedroom is on the ground floor, which is also of a good size but has a cold-water shower and please note that this toilet is shared with the onsite host, (though obviously it is lockable!). There is also a large living area and kitchen downstairs on the Ground floor. This living area is shared with your group, allowing you to socialise if you want.
