While the terrace has an a/c lounge area next to a plunge pool, art gallery and audio n video options for private lounging, a peaceful yoga session, a CrossFit n’ exercise zone; the garden faces an evergreen spice plantation n’ marsh besides being well equipped for a bbq, portable bar, an open air dance floor & ample lounging areas. The living area is casual and comes across as a casual zone for private dining, lounging or watching movies together on an extra large screen along with an open kitchen and dining nook for casual dining. Exploring the zone with its umpteen number of cafés, events, nightlife and boutiques could either be done by foot, in a car or on e-bikes. Other exclusive experiences include kayaking, yoga, CrossFit, a community pool and gym, a reading library & board games. For those working from elsewhere, the back up power is ample and Internet speeds very good as we have end point fibre optic connectivity and good Wi-Fi. We have an in-house cook, housekeeping and service staff and our home is part of a secure gated and friendly community with ample and safe parking options.
