Luxury Villas Campbellfield

A lovely 3 bedroom house in the peaceful suburb of Epping. Very close to all basic amenities- bus stop, aurora coles village is a few minutes walk (has coles, aldi, restaurants, gym, hairdresser, salon, indian grocer, medical centre etc.) and shell petrol station.There's three lovely parks nearby. Within 10mins drive is Epping railway station,Epping Plaza, Epping North Hospital, Westfield shopping centre, Woolworth shopping. Al Siraat mosque is 6 mins drive.

We love this because... Remember those old school type summer holidays that included backyard cricket and long days on the beach. Bay Lyf reminds us of better days, simpler days when things were less complicated. We adore the original beach house with its maze of rooms but the interiors are so up to date and oozing layers of style. We walk across the road to the white Sandy beaches of Rye and Tootgarook and spend all our summer days swimming and sunbaking. If we are feeling energetic we take the Bay Trail walk in either direction and end up at either Rye or Rosebud. In the summer the funfair is on to entertain the kids in one location and the circus in the other. Perfect. Our favorite spot for coffee and breakfast is only a 2-minute walk away at The Kitchen and for something special we always choose Veraison Restaurant which is only a 5-minute walk. PAWfect What fun! a new house to visit that lets (SMALL) four-legged friends like me sleep inside. Yay! a garden with tall fences to keep me safe. I love walking to the beach where I can go swimming in the ocean with all the other doggies (but only at certain times of the year). And there's a special basket just for me. No way! What's in there? Ooh, ooh! a treat from PAWDINKUM. I LOVE THIS PLACE.

we love this because... Who doesn't love a room with a view! We loved this house as soon as we walked in the door. The kids immediately hunkered down in the tiny games room which is made up of a cushioned area to play computer games and watch TV. While we set ourselves up on the large deck overlooking the garden and the Mornington Peninsula surrounds. This sunny spot is perfect for much of the day with a coffee and a good book. In the evening everyone congregated around the BBQ and outdoor dining table for dinner and then the kids would set up the table tennis in the garden room while we lit the fire pit and drank wine and toasted marshmallows for dessert. Please note that there are security cameras located on the roof of the house. The cameras are not active during your stay and not connected to wifi. Love the lawn and bushes, there are lots of interesting smells. And we had lots of cover under the house and places to explore. And there's a special basket just for me. No way! What's in there?
