Adiacente al cooking corner i nostri amici ospiti potranno usufruire di una piccola area che racchiude un servizio e uno spazio lavanderia. Esternamente alla living room, nel giardinetto privato coperto di canne, gli ospiti possono indifferentemente organizzare i loro momenti dedicati al food e godere anche delle fresche serate che il clima temperato serale della Sicilia ci dona. Il piano terra si completa con una delle due camere da letto di cui la Casa è dotata. Questa prima camera da letto si affaccia, attraverso un’ampia e luminosa finestra, sul giardinetto privato delimitato a nord da una siepe di alloro e ad ovest da un’altra siepe di Gelsomino dal quale la Casa ha acquisito il suo nome. Ha a sua disposizione un servizio indipendente in camera usufruibile anche dai soggetti diversamente abili. L’arredo include il letto matrimoniale, la stanza cabina armadio, la cassettiera e la panca. L’ampia finestra può essere chiusa da una tenda realizzata con materiale completamente oscurante per consentire il massimo del comfort per gli amici ospiti che preferiscono riposare al buio. Dalla zona living si raggiunge il PIANO SUPERIORE, una sorta di piano soppalcato, attraverso una scala in ferro realizzata con tutta la sua maestria da un fabbro artigiano locale; la contraddistinguono la sua magnificenza, la sua possanza, ma al contempo la sobrietà e la leggerezza delle sue linee. Percorrendo poi un piccolo pianerottolo con affacci sulla valle e sul mare, si accede alla seconda camera da letto della Casa. Anche questa, a sud, attraverso un’ampia e luminosa finestra gode della vista e del paesaggio che si apre sulla vallata e sul mare. Un altro accesso, posto invece sul lato nord della camera, si apre su una veranda coperta di canne dalla quale, adagiati su semplici, lineari, ma confortevoli poltrone, è possibile godere del fresco vento del nord e delle geometrie disegnate dai rigogliosi filari dei vigneti che delimitano l’area della Casa. Anch’essa è dotata di un servizio indipendente in camera. L’arredo include due letti singoli, trasformabili in letto matrimoniale, la stanza cabina armadio e la cassettiera. Specifiche tende agli infissi, realizzate con materiale completamente oscurante, consentono il massimo del comfort per gli amici ospiti che preferiscono riposare al buio. La Casa è interamente CLIMATIZZATA e il Wi-Fi è sempre attivo e accessibile in tutte le sue aree interne ed esterne. Oltre agli spazi di specifica pertinenza della Casa del Gelsomino, gli Ospiti potranno usufruire del Belvedere sulla Campagna di Menfi che si fonde a sud con la linea del Mare, nonchè dell'Orto di Case Graffeo, ricavato in uno spazio delimitato da una colorita siepe di Fichi d'India; gli Ortaggi e le Verdure, rigorosamente Biologiche, che la Famiglia Graffeo in questo orto produce, potranno essere raccolti direttamente dagli Ospiti, da questi trasformati per la preparazione dei prelibati piatti della tradizione culinaria locale. Gli ospiti saranno accolti e verrà loro assicurata l'assistenza per tutto il soggiorno attraverso contatti diretti, telefonici o via email. La Casa del Gelsomino è immersa in un vasto giardino fiorito, circondata da vigneti, uliveti, frutteti e altra fitta vegetazione in un contaminarsi reciproco di colori, odori e sapori mediterranei. Essa dispone di un proprio spazio esterno privato, accogliente e immerso nel verde. Due carrubi secolari contrassegnano un giardino da cui si gode una vista mozzafiato sulla vallata e sul mare. L'atmosfera che si respira è tipicamente mediterranea. Questo grande appartamento di 200 mq si trova nella parte alta di Praiano in Costiera Amalfitana in una posizione tranquilla e panoramica. Di recente è stato completamente rinnovato. Vista splendida su Capo di Conca e sul Golfo di Salerno. È perfettamente attrezzato con tavoli e sedie per i tuoi pasti all'aperto e, naturalmente, con sedie a sdraio e ombrelloni. È ombreggiato da una tenda da sole. Qui troverai anche una doccia esterna e una lavatrice. Si accede alla terrazza o dal soggiorno o da due delle camere matrimoniali. Raggiungi l'appartamento salendo 25 gradini dal livello della strada. Si compone di un soggiorno con divano letto matrimoniale, TV satellitare, un tavolo da pranzo per otto persone e una cucina, arredata con forno elettrico, forno a microonde, frigorifero e congelatore e un fornello a a quattro fuochi. Inoltre ci sono tre camere matrimoniali,una camera/soggiorno con divano letto matrimoniale, tutte con bagno privato (doccia e asciugacapelli). Due camere da letto hanno un piccolo balcone con vista sul mare. Tutta la casa è dotata di aria condizionata. Un negozio di alimentari, ristoranti e la fermata dell'autobus che collega Praiano con Positano sono a tre minuti a piedi. Per raggiungere la spiaggia ci vorranno circa 10 minuti.
