The Beretta is an independent structure located inside a property of a luxury historical residence. Plunged in an exclusive charming location, it is the perfect place for a romantic week end or for a small family. A large hallway leads to a living room, a double bedroom, a large bathroom and a kitchen with dining table full equipped with cooker, microwave, kettle and toaster. At the outside a beautiful private park and a large swimming pool. “The Beretta” is located few steps from Asolo, the pearl of the Veneto Region, “the city of a hundred horizons” as poet Giosuè Carducci described. The external area is equipped with a dining table, comfortable chaise longue for relaxing and sunbeds to enjoy the marvelous park at the footsteps of the astonishing medieval Rocca. Furthermore, you have access to the swimming pool (18mx6m) of the property. Asolo is a charming place situated amongst the sweet hills and a destination for poets and writers, artists and travelers. By visiting this medieval town one can experience its history and culture and enjoy the typical recipes of the Region. Actually, it is possible to taste the traditional dishes in the typical "locanda", to sip a glass of prosecco Asolo DOCG, the famous sparkling wine, and to enjoy a drive and wine tastings to the Montello's and Asolo hills wine route. The town organise differents events all along the year and it is a unique artistic destination. From the Beretta which is located in the middle of the hills of Asolo, one can easily reach in a short distance Villa Maser, which is part of Unesco world heritage, Villa Emo in Fanzolo, the Temple of Canova, the many Palladian Villas around, the Dolomites, Venice and the other beautiful cities of the Veneto region such as Verona, Padova, Vicenza, Treviso.. Take a coffee at Bar Centrale, stroll under the arcades, sip a glass of Prosecco, visit the many craft boutiques in the centre of Asolo.. Upon your arrival we will ask you a security deposit of 30 € which will be refunded if there aren't damage before your departure. For stays longer than 4 days we ask a cleaning fee of 20 €.

You can freely use the common areas both inside the Villa (dining room, living rooms, study) and outside (terraces on the ground floor and on the 2nd floor, outdoor lounge on the 1st floor, outdoor patio under the wisteria, garden and pool). It is forbidden to smoke inside the Villa but it is possible to smoke in the outdoor areas where the ashtrays are placed. Check in is from 4PM to 9PM, with a surcharge for late check in of 50 euros from 9PM to 11pm. There is no reception the guest will have to get in touch with the structure.
