You are welcome to VILLA L'ALAMEDA in Verrières le Buisson. Enjoy a magnificent stay in this contemporary villa, classified 5* by an accredited body, pure DESIGN of 220m ² completely RENOVATED in 2018 and with a beautiful height under ceiling. It is fully equipped and can comfortably accommodate 8 people. You will be seduced by its large terraces, bay windows and its 60m² living room. You have access to a WI-FI, NETFLIX and DEEZER connection free of charge. Villa L'Alameda is totally adapted to host FAMILIES.  You will have a cot, a high chair, adapted crockery, a washing machine and SAFETY BARS to help you protect your CHILDREN and BABIES. You will have access to our FULLY EQUIPPED KITCHEN. Our aromatic herbs are at your disposal to season your dishes and/or your meats cooked in the BARBECUE in the garden. It is also possible to have your meals delivered or to go to the restaurant on foot. Rest in our 5 rooms with their own furniture and decoration, so that everyone can find their favourite ROOM. The bedding has been carefully equipped with QUALITY MATTRESSES to allow you to enjoy a restful night. You will also have 1 bathroom with bathtub and 2 shower rooms with Italian shower, as well as 2 toilets for your greater comfort. In its PRIVATE GARDEN, you can relax at any time of the year in the JACUZZI at 36 degrees, open from 8am to 10pm, while your children have fun jumping on the TRAMPOLINE, playing in the BALANCONY... We also have indoor game room, accesible from 8pm to 10pm, to amuse you: BILLIARDS, a BABY-FOOT, a PING-PONG table,... Our SPA is very confortable but it has a slow heating system, therefore it's not available for one-nignt stays. Villa L'Alameda is located 10km from Paris. 7 minutes walk from the MASSY-VERRIÈRES RER station, with direct links to the centre of PARIS, VERSAILLES and the AIRPORTS. You are in 35 minutes at the Eiffel Tower. For sportsmen, you can reach Paris by walking/running or cycling in 15 km via the "coulée verte", a protected path with trees which passes at the foot of the villa. For cars, we provide 2 free parking spaces. The villa is located 43 km from the DISNEYLAND Paris park, accessible by public transport or by car in 50 minutes. Villa l'Alameda is in a green setting where you will find a breath of fresh air: the FOREST, the lake Cambacérès, the green path along the river bièvre, the GOLF of Verrières... 3 bedrooms house with 3 double beds in the attic with double bed in each bedroom, with 4 single beds and 1 double sofa bed. This house can host 17 people. Big kitchen with 5 meters of countertop, amazing views to the forest of Bréviande and natural light. The event room table is set up for 20 people. Workers friendly, family friendly. 10 min walk to the train station RER D with is only 35 min to Downtown Paris. Pyramid of Louvre is only 40min away by train RER D. There are many castles in the area to visit. Vaux Le Vicomte castle is only 7min by car and Fontainebleau castle is only 15min drive. Carrésénart which is one of the biggest shopping centers in Europe is 10min by car. Casino grocery store is 3 min by walk with doctors, pharmacy, fast-food, pastry store . Public swimming pool center, park for kids are 3 min by walk. The area is full of parks in the forest of Bréviande with ponds. There are 3 different public parking in the neighborhood and one of them is right in front of the house.
