The 92.96 m2 family house in Fuchu City is heavily booked, especially for large groups of family and friends who want to spend time together in a relaxed atmosphere. It is a safe and secure place to welcome guests and has an open-plan living, dining and kitchen area for the whole group. There are two floors, one washroom on each floor and a spacious bathroom on the ground floor. Located a six-minute walk from Tama Station, it is relatively close to the city centre and scenic areas such as Mt Takao for holiday destinations. ★Questions ★ In addition to the amenities listed below, the following are available. + A drying fan in the bathroom (inside the room) to dry clothes. + Kettle + Rice cooker + Dishwasher. + Washlet toilet + Fire TV stick (NETFLIX included) *Terrestrial TV is also available. Check-in time You can check in after 16:00 until 23:00. Check-out time Check-out time is until 10am. You cannot leave your luggage in the room as it needs to be prepared after you leave. Please note that the waste may not be collected at the requested time due to the availability of the collection company. *Long stay*. For bookings of 30 nights or more, you will be asked to agree to a simple fixed-term contract at the time of (URL HIDDEN) *Bookings that have been extended to 30 nights or more are excluded from these rules. If you agree to these conditions, you can dispose of your waste as household waste in accordance with local rules, instead of arranging commercial waste collection for a separate fee.
