The newly renovated holiday home in Roellfeld offers 120 square metres of space and comfort for the perfect holiday. It is located in a quiet residential street on the edge of the forest and offers a magnificent view over the district to the Main River. The modern furnishings and the bright atmosphere ensure a pleasant feel-good atmosphere. The spacious eat-in kitchen with dining room offers plenty of space and is equipped with modern appliances such as an induction cooker, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge and freezer. Spices from the Old Spice Office are available for guests to use during their stay. The crockery is designed for 10 people. In the living room there is a large couch with coffee table and minibar as well as a TV and free Wi-Fi. From the living room you can access the small terrace with barbecue and beautiful far view. On the ground floor there is also a bedroom with direct access to the main bathroom. The bedroom is equipped with a double bed and a large wardrobe with hangers. A television is also available. The main bathroom has a walk-in shower with natural light, WC, two washbasins, hairdryer, towels and towel warmer. The house is heated by a heat pump and has a small guest toilet with a sink and radiator. In the basement there is another bedroom with a double bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers.
