Eleanna's Cycladic Home is a beautiful split level home , perfect for six to seven guests. Fully equipped kitchen. Mere steps away from all the nightlife and shopping areas. Kitchen contains all the necessary amenities for cooking meals. T.V. with Netflix. Location is perfect, few metres away from all the happenings in Mykonos Town, all walkable and mere steps away from the bus station for beaches. Guests can use everything in the home. Our caretaker Matt lives a few doors away and we, the owners, an hour's drive inland. Cycle or walk everywhere along the 'senda litoral' (coastal path) visiting the pretty old town of Estepona in one direction or the bustling, vibrant marina of Puerto de la Duquesa the other. 14 kms Inland is the stunning Moorish Town of Casares with its 12th century castle and cliff-hugging buildings. There's a choice of many local golf courses including local Finca Cortesin or the world famous Valderamma just a short 20 minute drive away. There are a nearby restaurants on the beach within walkable distance and plenty of international options a short drive away. Malaga Airport is under an hour away with the Gibraltar option just 40 minutes by car. Marbella and exclusive Puerto Banus can be reached within 20 minutes. A car is recommended although there is a local bus service with bus stop 500 metres from the house. The L77 route can take you to Marbella or up into Casares with a total of 31 stops in between. The almost completed coastal path which is accessed from the urbanisation (50 metres from the house) is a lovely route spanning 184 kms from Manilva all the way to Nerja.

This large modern villa with stuning sea views is located in a very quiet area between Aiguafreda and the Sa Riera beach. Going down one floor, to the right is the dining room with an oak table for 12 people, and the living room with its large sofas and big flat screen. To the left is a WC, and the large fully equipped kitchen with a central island, double fridge, microwave and traditional oven, dishwasher, Nespresso and a dining table. All rooms have sea views and direct access to a terrace over 120m2. A garden table and 12 chairs await you to take advantage of this space facing the sea. The pool is located to the right of the terrace, tucked away and to take in the beautiful scenery in total privacy. Fatboy sun loungers to enjoy the space around the pool. Down another level is the sleeping area, consisting of 2 parental suites, two double en suite bedrooms and a fifth bedroom with 2 bunk beds for children, all of them with sea views. There is a nice work area equipped with a desk, screen and printer, allowing you to work in peace while looking out to the sea. The laundry room at the entrance of the children's roo mis equipped with a washer and dryer. A garage for two vehicles with an electrical vehicle socket (Type 2). In addition there is another parking space in front of the garage. Casa Emnitan is located at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac, with a few more villas. It is accessed by a beautiful path that connects the Sa Riera beach with Aiguafreda. The villa is surrounded by a nature reserve. From the villa you have the possibility to take the path that runs along the coast, reaching Sa Riera to the north and Aiguafreda to the south.

A small beach with a mix of sand and pebbles. Afternoon waves are often a treat for the children! Yialos Beach, Karousades is a small waterside hamlet of just six houses, one being a delightful tavern (150m). The nearby village of Karousades is located above the beach and can be reached via a small country lane of 1.6km. There you will find a not a very large yet suffice collection of supermarkets, tavernas and local bars. Layout: The ground floor has an open plan living room, dining room. The large living area features a fireplace and comfy sofas. There is also an open plan, fully fitted kitchen, with granite work surfaces. On the ground floor you will also find two air conditioned bedrooms. One of them has a double bed and the other has twin beds. The first floor bathroom is equipped with a new laundry machine. In the second floor there are three seperate bedrooms in total. Every rooms has its own closet its own airconditioning machines as well as its own TV. Both floors are dressed with the finest marbles that will give you an essence of ultimate luxury. Above the second floor there is a rooftop veranda that provides a marvelous view at the Aegean Sea, ideal for photoshooting and evening coffee gatherings. Last there is an below earth level floor that is equipped with one double bed – King Size- and one single bed. At the exterior of the house you will find an individual barbeque set with a sink right next to it.
