Francis House is situated just off the vibrant Bath Road in the beautiful spa town of Cheltenham. Bath Road has many bars, restaurant's and boutiques and is just a short walk onto Cheltenham's charming town centre. Cheltenham Spa train station is approximately 2 miles away with direct trains to London in two hours. Francis House can also be the perfect place to stay for your visit to the world famous Cheltenham Races. The home features two double bedrooms and is decorated to a high standard throughout. The master bedroom also features a super king sized bed. There is complimentary parking at the side of the property and additional parking on the road. The accommodation features a key lock box or we can offer a meet and greet upon your arrival. Features: Bedroom One: Super king sized bed (this can also be split into two singles upon request). All bedding and linen provided. Generous sized wardrobes and chest of drawers. Bedroom Two : Two single beds (these can also be joined together to make a super king sized bed upon request). All bedding and linen provided. Chest of drawers and clothes hanging area. Bathroom: WC, sink, bath with shower. Bath and hand towels provided for all guests. Lounge: Large three-seater sofa, armchair, 40inch smart tv. Dining room: Dining table and four dining chairs. Kitchen: Oven, washing machine, fridge-freezer, microwave, kettle and all utensils including crockery and cutlery for 6 guests. Tea, coffee and milk and a choice of cereals and locally selected bread provided at no extra charge. Additional: Ironing board, iron, dustpan and brush. Little Ones: Please note we can provide a travel cot, high chair, plug socket protectors, plastic crockery and cutlery as well as games and toys and any other requirements upon request. Please note there is free wifi in Francis House. A fifth guest can sleep on the settee if required for free if four guests have been payed for.The spare duvet and linen may be used.
