Our villa, designed by renowned local architects, was inspired by its Mediterranean surrounding, the mountain of Biokovo, the Adriatic Sea and its many islands. ​When we built this place, we wanted it to become a starting point for experiencing the full beauty of the Adriatic coast that we love so much. Modern, newly built villa NINA in Makarska with heated infinity pool and stunning and breathtaking sea views, overlooking islands Brač, Hvar and Makarska town is ready for Your peaceful and relaxing vacation. Semi detached villa has 250 square meters with additional landscape of 120 square meters, it can accommodate up to 8 persons in 4 bedrooms. The main floor includes a large open plan fully furnished and equip kitchen (large refrigerator, dishwasher, oven…) with a spacious dining and living room. At this level there are two outdoor areas. The main outdoor area is the walkout terrace from the living /dining room which lead to a stunning infinity pool. The pool area includes lounge chairs and an outdoor shower. Approachable from the kitchen is outdoor area where the BBQ facilities with dinning area are. The first floor features 3 bedrooms each with their own bathrooms. Two rooms have terraces which overlook the stunning Adriatic below and the third bedroom boasts beautiful views of the majestic Biokovo Mountain.
