For longer term stays, we can arrange paid parking in advance for weekly or monthly rental rates. Alternatively, an open paid parking space is available right across the building, along 1st Avenue. PETS Pets are more than welcome in my unit, I am a dog lover myself! However, A one-time charge of PHP 1,000 will be required as we do extra deep cleaning upon your check out. I only allow pets that are potty trained and will not cause havock to the unit. :) The building allows pets below 20 KG in weight, or 11 LBS only. Any damage caused by pets will be charged accordingly.

If you wake up in the morning and walk for about 70m to the beach, you can see the sunrise when the weather is good from 5:30 am and you can feel the various Pacific oceans. You can fully enjoy the natural energy such as wonderful clouds, sunlight reflected in the sea, emerald sea.If I would definitely recommend walking the beach in the morning. Transfer from airport or going to the airport is available for P300 per person. Private airconditioned vans are also available for land trip tours in the island (prices are negotiable). If you wish to learn surfing we can also organize a surfing instructor for you The house is perfectly situated in the friendliest neighborhood of Siargao island where most locals live.
