CARMELITA’S GARDEN a FAMILY HOUSE IN LAGUNA is a house staycation good for 20 persons maximum. The house has 4 bedrooms, with a total of 19 beds for guests use, consisting of bunk beds and queen bed. In Building 3 there are a total of 4 private bathrooms, 4 private kitchen, private living room and on the other Building there is 1 private room and a private bathroom available also for renting, a living area and parking area are common areas around the house that guests can use during their stay. CARMELITA’S GARDEN FAMILY HOUSE is one of the private houses located in Laguna. This is a perfect house for friends, family or anyone who simply wants to get away from the city and live with nature while relaxing your mind and body. If you really want to escape the city, Carmelita’s Garden is indeed a beautiful place/home to stay. An overview, Laguna is one of the most relaxing destination in the Philippines due to its cool climate, cool breeze and a chance for one to see the breathtaking mountain view. Sta. Maria is in the province of Laguna, Philippines. **************** (More Details) It’s a relaxing vacation house with a total of 5 rooms for rent, 4 rooms are located on building 3 which is good for the whole house renting, the other room – which is room 5 located on a separate building and is also available for renting. For the guests, 20 guests will be accommodated by the beds in the house for Building 3 with complete with bed sheets, blankets and pillows. And on the other building, can accommodate 4 guests with complete bed sheet, blankets and pillows. Please inform us on this while booking so we can see what we can do about it and we’ll be prepared as well. [GARAGE] The house has a garage for guests bringing cars, with this you can save on parking fees. The kitchen is a common area but the guests can still cook and just need to add Php 500 for gas usage (gasul) [OUTDOOR PLACE] The guests can enjoy eating under the stars, having drinks, sip a cup of coffee and just having a good time with family and friends. Guests can expect privacy from the private rooms as they have locked doors for added security. The whole house is all yours once booked, you don’t have any more guests sharing with you. The garage is free to use if our guests are bringing cars. There’s also a garden in front of the house that is also accessible to guests, one can walk around that area and just appreciate the nature and the breeze. [Interaction with guests] Our caretaker will just be greeting you upon arrival to welcome you in our home but after that, the house is all yours! The private house is secluded from the bustling roads of Laguna, tucked away in a location filled with numerous trees and plants. That is why it is the perfect location for people who simply wants to live with nature, and be away from the city life. Guests can have access around the neighbourhood if they have cars. We highly recommend to bring cars or atleast motorcycle if you’re a fan. This is a private house, not a hotel or resort, so please keep the house and the spaces as clean and as orderly as possible.
